Marcos, the founder has been in the construction and design industry for a period of seven years. Before obtaining his contractor's license in 2011, he was the only apprentice to the esteemed Kevin Runge - the proprietor of Runge Building Consultants (CA license 694534B) - for a duration of five years. As an apprentice, Marcos received comprehensive practical training and mentorship for various types of projects (examples: property additions, remodeling, building projects, plumbing, power systems, coating, etc...).

Marcos possesses expertise in assessing job costs and creating easy-to-understand job proposals. He is proficient about local and state building regulations, which all licensed contractors must comply with for regulatory reasons. He is also knowledgeable in the frequently detailed process of obtaining the necessary permits for more extensive jobs (examples: home additions, fresh builds, etc...).
