The owner, Marcos Cifuentes has been in the construction and design industry for a period of seven years. Before obtaining his licensure in 2011, he was the exclusive apprentice to the esteemed Kevin Runge - the proprietor of Runge Building Consultants (CA license 694534B) - for more than five years. As an apprentice, Marcos received ample practical training and guidance for nearly every type of job (examples: home additions, remodeling, fresh builds, pipe work, power systems, coating, etc...).

Marcos is skilled in assessing job costs and drafting easy-to-understand job proposals. He is well-informed about County and State construction codes, which all licensed contractors must comply with for compliance reasons. He is also experienced in the frequently detailed process of securing the necessary approvals for larger jobs (examples: property expansions, new construction, etc...).
