The owner, Marcos Cifuentes has been in the construction and design industry for seven years. Before obtaining his licensure in 2011, he was the only apprentice to Kevin Runge - founder of Runge Building Consultants (CA license 694534B) - for over five years. As an apprentice, Marcos received comprehensive practical training and mentorship for various types of projects (examples: property additions, renovations, building projects, plumbing, electrical, coating, etc...).

Marcos is skilled in estimating project costs and assembling clear job proposals. He is well-informed about construction regulations, which all licensed contractors must follow for compliance reasons. He is also experienced in the sometimes lengthy process of obtaining the necessary licensing for major jobs (examples: residential additions, new construction, etc...).
