Marcos Cifuentes has been in the construction and remodeling industry for seven years. Before obtaining his licensure in 2011, he was the sole apprentice to Kevin Runge - founder of Runge Building Consultants (CA license 694534B) - for more than five years. As an apprentice, Marcos received ample in-depth training and guidance for a wide range of tasks (examples: residential expansions, upgrades, new construction, pipe work, wiring, finishing, etc...).

Marcos is well-versed in estimating project costs and drafting straightforward job proposals. He is well-informed about construction regulations, which all licensed contractors must follow for legal reasons. He is also well-versed in the frequently detailed process of acquiring the necessary licensing for larger jobs (examples: property expansions, fresh builds, etc...).
