Gabriel came out last Saturday after the 115 degree heat on Friday afternoon blew A/C fuses twice. To my surprise, I was able to secure an appointment quickly! When he and his tech arrived they completed a quick interview to learn more about the problem, jumped on the roof and verified all was working properly! I will be using them again if I have another problem. This time around seemed to be loose fuse connections and no capacitor problems. Thank you for the great customer service from call to curb!

I called on Saturday when my air conditioner stopped working. I was told they were busy, as I expected they would be, and I scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday. I was called the day before by the company to verify my appointment for the following day, which I did. I was given a 2-hour window for when the tech would arrive. Along came Tuesday and the tech never showed. I called the company and was told I was next on the schedule, but this was already more than 20 minutes after my 2-hour window and it would still be a while before anyone would be at my house.

I waited 4 days, the company had a 2-hour window and I was never even given a courtesy call that the tech was going to be late. It seems as though my time meant nothing to them and I will not do business with a company like that, especially when there are so many highly rated competitors so close.

Everyone from the office staff to the technicians has been nothing courteous and professional. After living in our home for 7 years we decided to have our HVAC tuned before the summer heat kicked in. Apparently, you should have everything serviced regularly. MB was able to schedule an appt for two days after I called and Gabriel arrived on time. He assessed the condition of the system and even identified a fault in the A/C drain which had been routed back into itself. Gabriel fixed this issue and tuned up the entire system in less than two hours. I will be using MB for all my HVAC needs going forward.

We had a furnace/heat pump that was 31 years old. I kept avoiding having it serviced because I know it was going to be a full replacement. My wife called and MB came out the same evening we called. They offered to do a quick fix for a switch that had gone bad, gave us an option to replace the furnace alone or to do the whole system. The AC unit itself was 12 years old and it made sense to me to do it all at once. No haggle pricing, very upfront and they use good units. They had an install cancel and we were able to have our system installed the next day. Technicians showed up on time and completed the install that day. All employees indicated they were treated well and liked the company they work for. It showed in their work. They hauled away all the old equipment and the workspace was spotless with no trash or even dust. Very happy

Mb Plumbing installed all new ducting and two new registers and did a mighty fine job! When I first called them to schedule a meeting for an estimate they responded promptly and arrived on time. We discussed all the possibilities for the job and what would work best to achieve better circulation, energy efficiency and cost effective. Gabriel thoroughly discussed my needs and inspected what was currently in place and made a very fair estimate. I'm very glad I chose them to do the work and the system is working just like I hoped for. Very nice installers and they cleaned up after the work was completed. Another satisfied customer for Mb Heating and Air Conditioning!

These guys were great! I called them around 130 and they were here at 3pm. They had our ac fixed in 30 minutes! Price is reasonable as well. We are very happy with their service!

Update:

Mark came back out and checked the work for the whole job. He personally fixed anything he was not happy with and made a few repairs to the house that were not part of the original job.

He assured me that the plumbers who performed work on my house have not worked for his company for almost a year. That is definitely reassuring.

He obviously cares about his company and his name and I respect that.

Unfortunately we have had nothing but problems with the work this company performed.
The plumbers were all very pleasant, and easy to work with, but I would not recommend them for plumbing services. We have had to call them back out to fix leaks 5 times in a year and a half. I wanted to like them, but just can't.

To their credit, they have come out and fixed the issue each time. I appreciate that.

Simply the best! I've had them do plumbing work, repair, replacement work on our home and my mothers home. They are always friendly, courteous and most important, efficient. They show up on time and do the job right the first time. I highly recommend them for plumbing work and for heating/AC. I had them replace the entire AC system at my mothers house and it works phenomenally!
