My handy dandy skills are in the primitive stage but I've been improving. I thought I could change the air filter, Ive done it before. I was having a hard time putting the doors back on the a/c unit. Started to wig out they werent sliding back on easily. I tried to straighten a part that looked bent, but the panel still didnt go on right. I went to my MB Plumbing magnet on my fridge, called them , Mark was here in half an hour. He said I had accidentally put the top panel on the bottom, thats why it wasnt fitting. He said if I left it that way the fumes could've killed the whole family ! I'm glad Im humble enough to admit defeat, and so glad to have Mark and his highly skilled crew in my neighborhood ! I had the pleasure of speaking with Mark this morning. I told him I needed somebody to come out ASAP! He said that he can have somebody out between 12:00pm-3:00pm. I asked him if he can have somebody come out earlier he said maybe 12:00pm. I said okay.... He called me back within 5minutes and said he would have somebody out in 15 minutes! I was so impress and happy! Try living in Riverside with 100 degree weather without AC for a night...

My technician was Gabriel; he is very professional. He immediately got to work; unfortunately for us it was our motor that had went out. No hassle with this company whatsoever! He gave us a price and thats it... none of this plus labor crap plus that like other company's. We kind of knew it was something major since our fan wasn't working :-/. He had all of the parts with him he got our AC unit back to working in record time!!! I signed up with them for the yearly check up as well! Gabriel was amazing! I will for sure recommend MB Plumbing to all of my friends and family!

After having had a frustrating warranty repair (or lack thereof) experience with Walton's HVAC, it was refreshing to have Mark arrive promptly within several hours, and have the air conditioning unit operating within 30 minutes.

Five stars all the way. Our air conditioner went down during the recent hot and humid week in the middle of June. Mark and David came to our home and they were very professional and polite! Within minutes, the problem was diagnosed and probably less than thirty minutes, the job was done. I was afraid it would be the compressor, but thankfully, it was not. The job was done at a very reasonable and fair price. No games, no BS, just great business!

As a matter of fact, these guys weren't our first choice, nor our second choice. They were our 5th choice when it came to repairing our A/C. They are now definitely our number one choice from now on. All other choices were ""five stars"" themselves, but MB were the only ones that came through. One business didn't want to talk to anybody for a week, another couldn't figure out if they took credit cards or not, the other was more interested in selling me a membership and the fourth had a basic voicemail that sounded unappealing.

This business was on top of their game. From secretary, Kelly (if I misspelled, I'm sorry), to Mark and David, they handled everything professionally! When we called at the end of one day, they were out the next. They stayed within their promised time, they communicated well and just overall really nice!! Thank you MB! You guys rock!!

I had a broken pipe in my front yard, and I spent all day digging up my yard. I tried fixing my broken pipe myself, however once I finally came to the realization that I was not a plumber, and needed help from an expert... I called Mark at MB Plumbing. Mark was super helpful over the phone, and was at my door in about an hour. Mark fixed my broken pipe in no time flat... Mark was very reasonable in his price, especially for rushing out on such short notice... If your looking for a plumber, stop looking at other reviews, and call this guy!!!
