Had MB Plumbing & Heating come out today to replace a toilet and shut off valve. The technician that came out was Roger. He did the job quickly and efficiently. He listed to my concerns and reassured me. He was very polite and respectful. I've dealt with MB Plumbing & Heating for years. They always do a good job and always clean up when the work is finished.

This company is truly concerned with helping the consumer. Our heater quit working and we called another company out first who told us our heater could not be fixed and that we needed a new unit which would cost us 7k. And of course charge us a service call of $65. We then called MB Plumbing and they sent Warren out who has 30 plus years of experience and he fixed our heater for $189. Wow! What a difference. This place is a gem and I would recommend them to everyone who has an issue with their heater or air conditioner.

We had some problems with the upstairs AC thermostat panel not turning on. MB was able to have someone come out the same day I called! So thankful they were able to come so quickly. Gabriel was very kind and informative on what the issue was in my home. The problem was fixed in a timely manner and Gabriel made a few recommendations on how to keep my AC working properly. I will be choosing MB for our future needs!

Have had the setup for just over a month, so have been able to test the heating, tankless water heater, and today it got above the 90 degree mark, so now have been able to see how the A/C works when needed. All have been working great, and so glad I had the furnace/air handler moved to the garage. Combined with the variable speed motor on the air handler, I can barely hear it running, and I even have the door right next to it open into the house from garage.

I have been a dedicated customer with MB Plumbing since June, 2009. I remember the month and year because I had just had a new baby and it was extremely hot. My AC unit went out, and I knew I did not need a new unit because up until that summer, I rarely used my AC. This summer was different because I was on maternity leave, so I was home all day. I called different companies and received over inflated estimates. I was told twice I needed a new unit. I was also given a repair estimate of close to $2000. I was becoming desperate and frustrated. Then one day, I called a number I thought was to an AC Mechanic, and was told by a very nice lady I had the wrong number. It was then she told me that she knew a very honest AC Mechanic and referred me to Mark Ballard. I called, he came out and found/repaired the problem for about $120.00. I was beyond relieved and grateful for his quick and honest assessment and work. I've been a customer since. This past December, I needed work in my Heating unit. Since it was Christmas time, I was going to delay the repair until after New Years. MB gave me the opportunity to split the payment into two installments. It worked out wonderfully. We were nice and warm for the holidays. I would highly recommend MB Heating and Plumbing!!!
