First, let me start by saying amazing service!

My puppy ripped out my wiring on my AC unit, and it's the start of that Southern California summer heat.

Called around and of course everyone is booked solid for a couple weeks, but I explained the situation the office and they said they could have someone out the very next day, hallelujah!

They gave me an appointment slot between 2-6 the next day, and was great at communicating exactly when the day of.

They came and while my situation was an easy fix, the pups did blow a fuse but they quickly assessed the situation and fixed it in no time.

Very upfront on their services cost and no hidden fees. Highly recommending them to friends and acquaintances.

Our A/C decided to go out on the hottest day of the year. After 2 days we started calling around to get it checked. Every place we called told us they can be out in a week..living in a 90 degree house was not an option..we decided to leave our frustrations and get dinner. While waiting at a light the MB van passed us. I got the number and immediately called. I explained what was going on and the woman apologized they could not come right then, but how about tomorrow (today). I was thrilled. They came out today had our air working in 15 minutes and the cost was so reasonable. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

We called Chuck early on a Saturday morning after we woke up to a leak in the upstairs bathroom that was dripping through our ceiling. We called him and he said that he'd bought out within the hour, which he was. He fixed the issue, clearly explained the problem, and he was done within an hour or so. Very professional. It can be scary calling someone on a Saturday with a plumbing emergency because you expect to get ripped off, but he was not that way. I highly recommend MB plumbing.

This is a family owned and operated business and it shows. You can always tell because small businesses care about making sure you are well serviced. They don't come in and find ways to make more money off you. You know the companies that charge you an arm and a leg and you feel like you're being swindled by a sales rep? Well you are being taken advantage of. It is nice to know that there are still trustworthy and honest businesses in the world! Highly recommend them, we have used them for years.

Had called the day before for some work to move a gas line in the kitchen. They showed up the next day on time and super helpful, courteous, and knowledgable. Thy had the job complete in an hour and check to make sure everything was in good working order. Great crew would highly recommend.

My handy dandy skills are in the primitive stage but I've been improving. I thought I could change the air filter, Ive done it before. I was having a hard time putting the doors back on the a/c unit. Started to wig out they werent sliding back on easily. I tried to straighten a part that looked bent, but the panel still didnt go on right. I went to my MB Plumbing magnet on my fridge, called them , Mark was here in half an hour. He said I had accidentally put the top panel on the bottom, thats why it wasnt fitting. He said if I left it that way the fumes could've killed the whole family ! I'm glad Im humble enough to admit defeat, and so glad to have Mark and his highly skilled crew in my neighborhood ! I had the pleasure of speaking with Mark this morning. I told him I needed somebody to come out ASAP! He said that he can have somebody out between 12:00pm-3:00pm. I asked him if he can have somebody come out earlier he said maybe 12:00pm. I said okay.... He called me back within 5minutes and said he would have somebody out in 15 minutes! I was so impress and happy! Try living in Riverside with 100 degree weather without AC for a night...

My technician was Gabriel; he is very professional. He immediately got to work; unfortunately for us it was our motor that had went out. No hassle with this company whatsoever! He gave us a price and thats it... none of this plus labor crap plus that like other company's. We kind of knew it was something major since our fan wasn't working :-/. He had all of the parts with him he got our AC unit back to working in record time!!! I signed up with them for the yearly check up as well! Gabriel was amazing! I will for sure recommend MB Plumbing to all of my friends and family!
