Dom did amazing work replacing the water heater. Got there the day of the incident and replaced it very quickly. He even went above and beyond in patching up the hole connecting the vent above this to the outside, which had been patched very poorly prior to.

Excellent attention to detail and very affordable. Would highly recommend and would absolutely work with again.

We were recommended by arid basement who claims to have a 30 year relationship with them. We were told the job would cost $200-300. They ended up charging us $517 for a job that was rushed and not even cleaned up. (arid basement cleaned up after them because I complained) after the technician was done I questioned what was done and he said he would come back Monday to finish the job. Low and behold he charged us another $320 for what he claims was a 2.5 hour job. Make sure you take account of the exact time they arrive and leave because they will round up and charge you extra for a mediocre job

I needed the washing machine water faucets changed and I was able to get an early morning appointment. I live near where I work and on another occaision when I needed them to fix something they had no problem with calling me at work to let me know they were on the way so I could meet them at my door and not have to sit around waiting.
