Had two relatively simple jobs done by Mazzacone Plumbing recently - they were prompt, did quality work, and prices were very reasonable. Bad! Robert is not a good guy. He installed a key part of a 6-figure bathroom reno. When he was finished I compared his work with the installation instructions for that part, and it didn't take a rocket scientist (nor a competent plumber) to see that he'd done it wrong. His response when I pointed this out: ""don't worry, we always do it that way"".

Six months later, sure enough, the stuff he installed was clearly not working properly. When I spoke to him on the phone about this, he denied that I'd told him there was a problem, and refused to fix it. ""Incompetent and unethical"" doesn't even begin to say it!

do not hire this company. they do not stand by their work! they are sloppy and when one bolt didn't fit, they decided to bunched up the hinges, nuts and bolts to the door of the machine and threw them in the machine itself and closed it. 5 months after they installed it, my co2 sensors went off due to their poor work and malfunction of the machine. I asked for them to come fix it and their reply was that they didn't do the work for me so go hire someone else to fix it. keep in mind the machine was only 6 months old.
I've reported them to the better business bureau and will follow up with a lawsuit.
this could have harmed my family and they couldn't give two craps.
DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!

Saviors! Amid the COVID pandemic we had begun a bathroom overhaul and ran into an unforeseen problem where the existing plumbing did not line up with our new vanity sinks. I called Mazzacone Plumbing and not were they super helpful,but they showed up the next day and reworked all the pipes in the wall and got everything perfectly installed. I cannot recommend them enough!

Awesome guy!

I rented an apartment from Ralph for over five years in ossining.

He has an excellent relationship with his tenants. He didn't overcharge you, stays out of your business, and always fixes any issues with the house ASAP (it's good to rent from a guy who owns a plumbing business! )

If you are lucky enough to rent from Ralph I highly recommend it!
