Josh is absolutely amazing! I was in the midst of trying to do repairs that I was responsible for, after the sale of a house and Josh sent me a receipt for materials that was compared to another estimate, josh's receipt was $70 and another company quoted me $600 for materials!!!!. Josh is super transparent about using technology as a form of accountability and he did a great job fixing the repairs I needed done right away, constantly checking in with me to make sure that everything was up to my standards. I was hoping to use him for more work but unfortunately, the new owner was a complete dick and decided to pull the plug on Josh finishing the work, BUT, he will realize what a huge mistake he made because I do tons of projects all over the country and I've never had a contractor be so transparent and communicative with me. The buyer is brand new to the real estate/investment industry and will have to learn these lessons himself, but as far as Josh goes, he is one of the best Contractors I've ever had the pleasure of working with, super honest about pricing and doesn't try to over sell for any reason, which is hard to find these days with any construction jobs because of inflation and delays and shipments etc. If you're looking for a reliable contractor that can do pretty much anything, Josh is your guy!
