Installed a water heater and I had gas in the house for four days. He wasn't concerned about that at all. Now after a rude phone call and the promise to refund 1/2 my money and being called a liar, I still haven't received a check. If the expertise is plumbing why wasn't it installed properly. I have had 3 plumbers since then check the work and there wasn't a valve put on it either.
