What a great experience. Donny & Paul are remarkably professional, courteous, and knowledgable. I called them because one of our toilet tanks stopped filling, and they were here within an hour. They diagnosed the issue (frozen pipe), explained it to me and what my options were, explained what I can do to prevent it from happening in future, and of course, fixed the problem. Pricing very fair and reasonable.

I would not hesitate to call them for any of my future plumbing needs, and I recommend them to anyone. An absolute pleasure to do business with.

I called every local plumber when my wife and I moved to plymouth to have a little work done. Not one plumber got back to me for days. Donny from Mayflower got in touch with me instantly. He called and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very polite and explained the work every step of the way. He only worked on what needed work but also brought future potential problems to my knowledge even though they benefited another company. He and his brother are very honest and great to work with and very good price range. I even called him after I had work done to ask him few questions about one of the issues and he took time out of his day to explain step by step the course of action needed to be taken. It is such a relief to find an honest plumber who is great to work with. I would recommend to ANYONE!!

These guys (Donny and Paul Tasselari) are the best. Don explains the work needed (and what's not needed) and then works around the obstacles to the job with patience and professionalism.
At the Boys & Girls Club they have made several visits to resolve different issues. They work around the kids, demonstrate ""the fix,"" and are altogether clear, concise, warm, and friendly. They offer advice freely and charge modestly.

I've had my ups & downs with plumbers over the years, and was feeling relatively secure I had someone to call on as necessary but now my former plumber won't drive the 40 miles from his house to mine any more without a signficant surcharge (really? it's only 40 miles) and a wait of more than a few days to arrive. Without a super-solid review I could latch on to, I was hesitant to work with someone new, but I needed to fix a couple of leaky toilets. I called Mayflower Plumbing at 9:00am, explained the problem to Donny, and said I had only a small window of opportunity to get the work done, so he suggested that he come by and look things over the same day -shocker #1! And he was exactly on time, accurately updating me with his ETA as the appointment time drew close, and arriving exactly on time as promised- shocker #2! These guys are great!

Polite,calm and courteous, Donny arrived and introduced himself, looked things over and immediately made me feel significantly less stressed . He explained how he was going to figure things out and introduced his brother Paul, equally courteous and professional. They got to work, organized and explaining things to me along the way.

They began to diagnose the problems with two toilets, and as Donny said ""we won't fix what isn't broken"" so I felt that the leak would be fixed and realtively confident that I wouldn't be paying for work that wasn't necessary. Turned out to be a very minor problem (woo hoo) easily (and less expensively) fixed without a major overhaul. Turned out they left my toilets fixed as well as cleaner than when they arrived! They worked neatly, and in less than 90 minutes had fixed everything, picked up every last bit of trash, installed new toilet seats, dropped the trash in my garage as I asked them to, and even replaced the little zen garden I keep on the tank of one toilet that I had removed before they arrived. Plus - they came in well under $200 (shocker #3) for the whole deal which made me very, very happy.

They back up their work, they're professional and experienced and didn't 'fix anything that wasn't broken"" as Donny promised! Now that I found a new plumber, I'm already planning the next project without stress!
