Sean Mayfield came to my newly purchased home to fix a pipe leak in my HVAC room. On his departure, I asked him what repair had needed to be done as I had just moved in and was concerned about it.
He was extremely condescending in his response, saying ""You know how there's a pipe? And water goes through it?""
I was shocked and challenged him to tell me what he had done to my plumbing.
His response was ""I fixed it""
As a female home, car, and boat owner, I demand much more information and respect than this.

Sean did some work for us pre-pandemic in our master bath and did a very good job. HOWEVER, I recently called him to fix a leak in our shower, and he said he would come by to quote the job. He showed up and said our doorbell didn't work and he failed to just... knock, so he left and told us we owed him $50 for his drive by and willingness to tell me what part to order over text. That's just being a decent person, and it's not my fault he chose to NOT knock on my door or simply call or text me. I would have opened the door. When I politely questioned this over text he told me he wasn't interested in helping me and I should find another plumber. O.K.

Sean is the nicest and fairest plumber you will ever find. My wife and I had a small gas leak coming from the line going to our tankless water heater over the Memorial Day weekend. All the big plumbing companies didn't have openings until a few days out and one would come out, but for a very exorbitant cost. Lucky for us Sean made time in his schedule outside of working hours and came to our rescue. Not only did he fix the issue quickly, but for a fraction of the big name plumber. Thank you Sean for the help! Were customers for life : )

I never thought I'd say this: having my 20 year old water heater replaced was a great experience! Here's why:

2. The work that needed to be done was explained in plain language, there were no surprises and no upsell
