I don't not recommend using them for any repairs jobs the workers were unskilled and not even qualified to do the job and didn't have the correct knowledge to fix and repair my roof them because when they did my roof they put the wrong felt down they didn't use the right materials. They didn't seal the dormer by top of the roof. Other roofers have told me that they didn't put the flanging down right and it was just a bad job all around I highly recommend not using them. poor communication I couldn't speak to any of the workers. They didn't know even English highly recommend do not use them. He's a rip off.

I had them come out to give me a quote to see if I could move my attic access.

After looking at it and taking pictures in the attic then discussing with their crew, I was given solid advice about it being unable to be done the way we wanted.

I really appreciated the honesty and the straightforward nature of the exchange. They didn't lie to me or try to get money out of me for something that wasn't possible. Even though we didn't use them for this project and decided not to go forward with trying to do it at all, I will definitely contact them in the future for other projects we want done.

Following the recent wind storms, one of our roof tiles came loose. I contacted The Mayans Repair and worked with Lucas, who promptly responded and sent his crew to complete the repairs efficiently and at a fair price. This is a reliable company, and we're happy to recommend their services!

I feel I made mistake of hiring Mayans Repair and handymen I paid them $2400 to repair my roof from leaking they had come out twice to fix my roof and still couldn't fix the leak in my roof in fact they it they made it worse by than before hiring them I feel the workers were incompetent and didn't really have qualified skills to do the job. Plus it was hard communicating with them because they couldn't speak English and they always had to talk to their boss as a middleman no I'm out $2400 and my roof still leaks go figure

I met with Lucas Hernandez yesterday the owner and we agreed on a price to repair drywall in my living room ceiling. One of his workers showed up today with no drop cloths for my marble and oak floors .

The worker was very nice but not a tradesman as he didn't show up with the appropriate tools and supplies to do the job .

I told him to go to Home Depot to get drip clothes and Lucas called me telling me he's not going to finish the job unless he gets more money !

Beware of the guy he's a con artist !

Was really worried when I ordered this gazebo off of Wayfair and paid for the build via Angie's list, but found that they(Wayfair or Angie's list unsure who) were ripping off the actual contractors and keeping most of the money for themselves based off of one interaction that I had with a contractor so I canceled that service with Wayfair/Angi's List and decided to find a contractor on my own, which was a little stressful and YELP save the day !
Extremely happy with this company! Super professional they showed up on time with multiple workers. There were always two people working on the gazebo build. They worked so hard and fast. The quality was great. They didn't leave any trash or debris. They did an amazing job I 10 out of 10. Recommend this company!

This company definitely is interesting since I met Lucas in person regarding my landscaping job. Apparently the companies that are with this one are owned and operated by Lucas and I'm not sure about his support staff. ( there are currently over 10 services offered) Plumbing , sprinklers , Stucco, painting and electrical.

I definitely am impressed with this handyman service and will most likely hire for stucco repair and painting my home.

They do have a regular business license with the city and they do not have a general contracting license but we all know that not every job requires a general contractor's license. I do know that I genuinely felt comfortable with Lucas he let me know that the talent pool he has do have many experiences is immeasurable wealth of information and Skills.
