Don't use this company. They have a terrible reputation in the community. Of course I didn't find this out until I experienced their substandard repair methodologies first-hand. After paying them waaaay too much money for work that accomplished short lived repairs which I had to redo myself, I went to a parts supplier where a clerk there informed me about their horrible track record. He put me in touch with someone who actually RESOLVED our plumbing needs and goals for far less than I'd paid this company to accomplish NOTHING. In addition to that, these people tracked mud, dirt, and debris into my freshly cleaned house with no regard to clean up their mess. This company should not be in business. The 'executives' of the company behaved in an unscrupulous manner and also used bait and switch and misrepresentation. Steer far clear of them.

Nice job by the Plumbers but Poor customer service on the phone with the ""supervisor""

I called for a brand kitchen faucet installment and brand new toilet bidet as my handyman was not available. He did the same jobs before on the kitchen and the toilet bidet and took him no more than one hour to install both. The man from the company finished the kitchen sink faucet after about 1 1/4 hour and took a way longer than we expected with the bidet toilet due to "" leaking T-Piece that he has been back and forth to his truck to fix the issue.""

After three hours of work, I was asked to pay $ 290.36 although I was quoted that the first hour to be $75 and the following hours are $65 with 30 minutes increment!

I have talked to Anna who claimed herself to be ""the supervisor"" and I explained to her the situation and inform her my willingness to pay for 1 1/5 hour job as it is reasonable time to spend for both item. She was adamant that I have to pay the requester ($290.36) amount and after reasoning with her, she finally cut the price to $ 189.76 ( still not sure about how the calculation for 3 hours time occurred!
I asked about my options and she was very rude by saying: ""You either pay the amount or go to court and pay the first requested amount"".

I wrote a check with the amount with memo include ""Thank you, Anna :)""

I had nothing but an excellent experience in working with May Avenue Plumbing. I recently had to replace a good size portion of our sewer service for my commercial property. They were prompt with a quote, (and the best local rate at that) got to work straightaway, and worked well with the City of Fort Smith on our behalf to get the job completed in a very timely manner. And, after the the job was done, cleaned up and had everything restored exactly as it was before the work began. On top of that, they were very friendly and kept me very well informed with updates from start to finish. From one small business owner to another, we really appreciated that respect shown. Highly recommend for commercial or residential work. I am very grateful for the quality of staff and their workers.

This is a very professional business. Everyone was so nice and helpful, even the lady that set the appointment over the phone. I was having trouble getting someone who could come quickly, but they did and they did a great job. I was scared using someone i was unsure about, but so glad I did. I will use them for all my plumbing from now on, and will recommend to others.

Called to check on getting some help installing a tiling flange for our new drop-in tub.

Secretary insisted that ""only toilets have flanges, not tubs,"" at first. When we persuaded her that the manufacturer of our tub recommended having the tiling flange installed, she switched her tune to ""well, any licensed plumber can install it"" and hung up on us.

Let me repeat: the woman who answered the phone hung up on us.

We had a leak in our hallway, and after checking thoroughly, they were able to trace it back to a break in the bathtub drain system. They were quick, efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs, and gladly recommend them to anyone who needed their services. Great service!!

After a major freeze in our area plumbers were busy. Our Victorian house had to he re-plumbed. Few plumbers that I called ever showed up. Few that showed up ever called back. May Ave plumbing was just as busy but they were prompt, professional, gave an amazingly low bid and stuck with it! I will always use them and have recommended same to all my friends.
