We had an issue with our septic system and they responded quickly. They quickly identified the issues and fixed them in short order. Having never dealt with this issue before, or what to expect for a cost, the bill seemed appropriate for the work that was completed. We'll use them again for any future needs.

Gimmicky! You have no choice but to pay their $70 inspection fee. They come. Do a simple job, like snake out a little clog. Say...we'll come back next week to blow the line out,which is no extra cost to you. Then they charge you again when they come out to finish the job. Turns out it cost $700 to snake a small clog. Over the years I've been doing most of my maintenance myself, I've even helped others. I don't want to do it anymore. So at this point I'm just trying to find honest companies to hire. I don't think these guys are it. Nice fellows that came out, but their pricing is dishonest. I did not ask for a refund, as I shouldn't need to. Besides, they already failed the test!!

We had a plumbing leak over the weekend. We left a message online on Sunday. They called first thing Monday morning and Jeff was here at 0800 to help us. Jeff was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and informative. I appreciated that he wore shoe covers which I had not even asked for. He explained and showed us what was wrong and how he would fix it. We agreed and he got right to work and was done in an hour. We are very pleased with this business and this exceptional employee.

We came home from a trip and discovered some water leaking from our aging hot water heater. I didn't have a floor drain in the area and when I found out the leak was worse than I thought, I secured the water valves to limit the damage, but I had no hot water. This wasn't an emergency in my mind, so I called Maxwell-White and left a message on a Sunday night. First thing Monday I received a call back, I explained the problem, and they immediately dispatched a crew to my house. The journeyman (Mark) and his apprentice were very courteous and professional when they showed up in about 10 minutes, they quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, I needed to replace the water heater, and Mark gave me a cost estimate on the spot. They went to work right away and had the new water heater up and running in about 2 hours. They made sure that I knew how to adjust the temp and ran through the documentation. The bottom line here is if you want any plumbing job done right, call Maxwell-White. The project was completed within 12-hours of my first call to them. If you want timely, courteous, professional, and quality work done in your home or business....there is only one company to call, Maxwell-White.
