Craig and his team have always been responsive, courteous, and professional. We have had Maxwell plumbing for a range of services - new water heater, furnace for the garage, iron curtain, and bathroom remodel. They have always been upfront diagnosing the problem and cost sticking to the original amount.

I wouldn't give credit to the other 1 star review. If you look at all of Judi's other reviews (for home services) apparently no one ever properly services her and is ripping her off. Sadly one person's words can negatively impact a small business like Maxwell plumbing.

Left 2 messages, one a voice mail and the other one was left on their contact page on their website. This was almost 4 weeks ago and no one ever responded. I look at it this way, if someone can't even call back to at least let me know they are very busy and could call me back, even within a month I, at least, would understand, but not to return call or email is totally disrespectful. You are a disappointment Maxwell Plumbing.
