I hate leaving bad reviews and it pains me to do this.

I had an unfortunate experience with Maxwell Plumbing and would highly recommend seeking another company.

A sump pump was being repaired on our 40 unit property, specifically in a carport/driveway area that was invisible to certain individuals pulling out of their garage.

A grate was removed without proper safety precautions/signage/barriers and I damaged my car.

Luckily, this was the only damage. (I have two small children)

The company took no responsibility or offered assistance. When asked about using correct safety protocol, his response was, ""not going to happen.""

Beware if using this plumbing company.

HOA recommended this company. Bathtub did not drain well. I called Tuesday to ask if anyone can come by Wednesday. Wednesday morning they called and came over. Snaked the tub in no time. Tub drains really well. Price for was reasonable. Asked about other work and will schedule for next week. Pleased with work and customer service.

A sub came to fix our slab leak and did a fabulous job of...
1. Leaving the flux after welding
2. Leaving the small wood debris on the premise.
3. Threw out the big debris in the recycling bin
4. Messily cut out the
dry wall parts
So that no one can reuse them afterwards
5. Made more than enough of unnecessary holes
6. Cut off electric wire so the light went out
7. Pipe was not welded properly, so the water drips
8. Said they would patch the holes, but they left without doing so
9. The contractor never came back to check if subs did a good job


I hope i will come across a better plumber next time if i have to.

Great customer service! My elderly mother had a leak that was flooding her bathroom, and she couldn't get a hold of the HOA after two hours. She started panicking because she thought the leak was in the walls and floor. I put in a few calls and eventually spoke to a very nice gentleman from Maxwell plumbing who rushed over there. He immediately diagnosed the problem and called to let me know that it was a much simpler issue that he already fixed. Good, honest and friendly service at a very reasonable price. Thank you for taking care of my mom! Will definitely recommend to all.

They fixed my slab cement leak and stayed until it was fixed right. They also told me about a switched water heater cold and hot water lines and said he'd fix it the week later. Very nice to check the water heater snd let me know. I recommend this company.

Not customer service oriented! Had called them a month ago for a back up in the bathroom, apparently it was fixed! A month later the problem comes back but worse. I call them the day it happens leave them a message and didn't get a call back. The next day problem is worse so I call again and finally a lady answers. She was extremely rude and arguing with me, saying that she fixed the problem! She never took ownership of their business saying that it was our fault and that we have to pay more than we usually pay! I got tired of arguing with her so I hung up and called another plumber! We later found out that maxwells just did a temporary fix,but he never told us that. They are not truthful and loyal and I will never go back to them.

Best plumbing service ever!!! Called for a stoppage on my kitchen, service tech came out, his name was Ron, nices guy, never tried to upsale a fast job. He unclogged the drain and was very pleasant. He said he was family owned and operated for many years.
Before leaving he checked all other drains and made sure they were clear, at no additional charge. I told him I would give his name out to everyone, so there you go. USE THIS COMPANY!!, You will not be sorry.

These guys are top notch. I am the HOA president of a small condominium complex, and whenever we have a problem we call Ron at Maxwell Plumbing. They provide service in a timely manner, and are straight forward about the repairs. If more businesses conducted themselves like Maxwell plumbing and heating, I am pretty sure Yelp wouldn't be necessary! This company definitely deserves 5 stars!

Give these guys a call! The tenants at our building highly recommend this company! Don't take a gamble on anyone else! Give Ron a call!
