Our water heater rusted on the bottom seam and leaked and needed to be replaced. Within an hour of talking to Chris and talking him through the issue, he showed up at my house with a brand new water heater and replaced it on a Saturday morning! He took the old water heater and disposed of it too and did the warrantee paperwork. He is a great guy, extremely nice, polite and very professional. Pricing was very reasonable, similar to most other companies in the area, but his customer service and timeliness of getting the job done was phenomenal. We will 100% use him for all of our plumbing and heating needs in the future. I highly recommend using Maxwell Mechanical.
