Was highly recommended by two local businesses. Through web site left message for them to contact me in reference to an unusual plumbing issue. After several days and no response I went back on web site and found email address for an Anita and said I hadn't heard from them. She emailed back a day later and said she would talk to Tom and get back to me. Not sure if can do that kind of work. That was 12 days ago. Not even courtesy to let me know can't do it or find out specifics on what job was.

I would have given a better review if the company was more responsive. I had a service call a month ago for a leaking dishwasher. It turned out to require an insurance claim due to damage done from the sitting water over time. I requested via their Facebook page and vmail an invoice / write-up from the visit (as insurance requested to show I actually called a plumber). I have received ZERO response on this request, which is odd because no work was done yet to fix the leaking hose. I planned to use this company when my house was put back together and ready for the dishwasher to be reinstalled, but there's no way that can happen if I can't even get a response back for the initial visit a month ago!

Maxson Plumbing & Remodeling is such a wonderful company! After attempting some DIY home plumbing that turned into a giant failure, we called on Maxson's for help. We called that morning and they quickly were able to help us. They said they would arrive between 11-12, and showed up a few minutes earlier! After an assessment of our failure they began work. What took us 2 days to fail at, took them a half an hour to repair and actually run the plumbing to be able to connect and disconnect a water softener. Now the cost was the icing on the cake! Such affordable pricing! We feared that the cost of hiring a plumber to begin with was going to be more than what it would cost to do the work ourselves. Man were we wrong! When it comes to plumbing/remodeling projects, we are skipping the DIY and going straight to calling on Maxson's to do the work! Thank you Scott and Dan for saving us!!

Scott Maxson and his team are the best in the business and very honest and affordable.
I had a different company come out to see what they could do about my bathroom tub not draining and this company quoted me $3,600.00 and their solution was to remove my kitchen cabinet that houses my sink, cut into the drywall and dig up the concrete because they said I had a broken pipe. I called Maxon Plumbing and Remodeling and Scott Maxon sent his team out and even came out himself and fixed my problem completely. My bathroom tub drains better than ever before and they even removed my garbage disposal (I never used it) and replaced piping that was under my kitchen sink that was old and had a small hole it.
I highly recommend Maxon Plumbing and Remodeling as a very customer friendly, honest and affordable company....TRUST ME have these guys come out for all you plumbing and remodeling needs.
