If I can give them a zero I would and believe you would also. Maximum Plumbing in Margate, Fl provides the maximum disappointing services!  As first time landlords, of course we did our research when coming to choosing the right repreable company to take care of our simple need of replacing a water heater.  We went with Maximum Plumbing as they came very highly recommended (from a personal friend of the owner Mike)and have a proven track record by past clients that I personally know.  Unfortunately, the experience or lack of experience for that matter has been outrageous.  The technician sent was unprofessional and lacked the skills needed to complete a simple job.  In replacing the water heater, the technician did not install correctly, a leak occurred, which led to flooding in the condo.  The flood caused major floor damage.  What was supposed to be a simple water heater replacement became a nightmare.  Instead of doing right by the customer, the company sent the same technician that caused the problem, which was beyond frustrating. Again going by the reviews and the high recommendation, I gave them one last chance to fix the situation. Without having to go through insurance and receiving written proof that Maximum plumbing accepted full responsibility of the damage and will be replacing my floors. Again I am beyond disappointed as now they have decided to """"ghost"""" us by not handling it or even returning my calls.  Having now to get an attorney involved is the only way to hold this company liable for the damages and aggrevation. You have my word in saying DO NOT even think about using Maximum Plumbing unless you want a Maximum headache!

I had maximum come out to do two minor repairs. The first one wss completed but the components were reassembled incorrectly. They had to come out a second time to correct that work. The second repair was also done incorrectly and I asked them to come and repair again, and I offered pay again!. I got a lot of lip service, yes, yes, that we will be out, but after a few calls/texts, I no longer got a response, call back or visit. I ended up calling another plumber who resolved the second issue for less than Maximum charged to do it wrong. I cannot recommend Maximum.

I have used Maximum plumbing for years. Their workers have always been courteous when doing the work required. Just yesterday 7/30/19 John came over and saw that I had a leak in the pipe by my washing machine. After examining, he was able to tighten the threads on the faucet and that was all I needed. It was great to use him. Thanks Mike for all you company has done for over 15 years I've known you.

I called this company on Thursday January 25th, 2017. I spoke to a man named Mike. He and I set up an appointment for the next morning. He stated he would be at my home before 9am. When my husband called to try and see what time they were arriving, since it was after 9am, he was told they would have to call him back because they didn't know about the appointment. Hours went by with no call back. We finally realized we had been completely blown off. There is no professionalism here. They simply do not keep there word. So on Saturday I called Lindstrom AC and Plumbing. They came out the same day and fixed the issue in 15 minutes

Maximum Plumbing really came through. I've had an inexplicable slow leak under my tile for over 15 years. Over the course of time we've paid for a leak detector company, other plumbers, and had consultation and advice from the City of Coral Springs water department, all without any success, but not for a lack of trying. Our general contractor recommended this company, and Maximum Plumbing didn't disappoint. To be fair, this wasn't an easy leak to identify, and required several days of testing over the course of a month, with the personal dedication of John, their seasoned lead member. John exemplified the meaning of """"Customer Service"""" through his professionalism, albeit borderline obsession, towards identifying the source of the leak. On one occasion, all four lead members of the company were at the residence, and at no charge. I should add that none of this would have been possible without the full support and mentorship of Maximum Plumbing's director, Mike. Ultimately, they were able to identify the source of the leak by discounting head pressure, something that no one else had been able to do. When they showed a special """"closed loop"""" system they rigged up as evidence, even the city water department personnel didn't believe them. I'm happy to report that the leak is now fixed. Without the demonstrated years of experience coupled with the personal dedication of both John and Mike, who are the essence of the company, this leak issue would still not have been resolved. I recommend this company to everyone. I should also add that the company does a lot for our disabled veterans, which is something that they don't advertise. As a 37 year veteran myself, having spent multiple deployments in combat zones, these goodwill acts supporting our returning warriors are not only appreciated, but speaks to the character of the person.

Maximum Plumbing is great. I called them on a recommendation of a friend and they solved a problem that two other plumbing companies could not solve. I talked with Mike first and he sent one of his team out within a day. John did a great job figuring out the problem and it was fixed that day. He also spent time answering my questions on other plumbing issues at my home. They charged me a honest reasonable price for the visit and they are a professional outfit! I highly recommend Maximum Plumbing and will call them when ever I need a plumber in the future.

Absolutely horrible company. The came to fix a leak which they did and costs were reasonable BUT, in the process they broke my faucet. They promised they would come back to fix it. No matter how many times I have called them they have not returned. Each time they promise they will be back and give me a specific day but they don't show up so I call them again and it's another story and another targeted date and again no show. Simply horrible customer service. I would never, ever use them again.

Came home to find out my water heater leaked all over. I immediately called Maximum and our service man John came out. Very polite, Very professional and he did an outstanding job. He even cleaned up after himself which most service men we've dealt with haven't. We highly recommend Maximum Plumbing.

I needed a new hot water heater. Asked our security guy for a plumber who works a lot in the building, he gave me their card. Talked to Mark on Friday, John shows up on Monday, installed and gone in about an hour. It wouldn't even occur to me not to immediately call them again. I called one other place to see if I was getting gouged after I spoke to Mark, and they would have been about $200bucks more with a two week installation window. Absolutely painless experience.
