Prarthana D.Max was super efficient, flexible, knowledgeable, and honest about what he could and could not do. For each issue we had, he gave us unbiased advice without being pushy. We called him to check on what we thought were two clogged drains and he gave us an initial quote for it. Turns out one of the drains wasn't clogged in the first place. Even though he could have asked us for the full amount on the quote, he took it off without even us having to ask! What's more, he offered to come take a look at it anytime the drain actually began to clog. He was really easy to work with and did not mansplain at all, and I really appreciated that. I will definitely be calling on him for any future project.
