Lucas came out promptly when I needed a toilet replaced. I already had the new toilet. He was courteous and efficient. He also made sure that my drain line wasn't clogged like I thought it may be - which was a relief. He told me that I needed a new water supply shut-off valve because mine was old and wasn't closing completely. He offered to replace it for $60 which was the cost of the new valve and not would not charge me any labor cost because he was charging me for the toilet installation. I questioned how a small valve could possibly cost so much, but asked him to go ahead and replace it.

Later I resolved this with the business owner Max who agreed that the charge was excessive.

Max is absolutely the best plumber I've ever dealt with!!! I've hired him several times and have never been disappointed!! So far he has installed a new sump pump, fixed a problematic leaking/clogged kitchen sink and installed a brand new water heater. He was always informative, patient with questions, always on time if not earlier than expected, cleaned up any mess and was able to quote over the phone!! I never got an impression that he was dishonest like previous plumbers I've hired. I will refer him to all my friends/family and even my clients (I'm a Real Estate Broker). Had a great experience with maximum plumbing replacing a hot water heater. They were responsive via text and phone call, very competitive on price.

During the installation they wore masks, took shoes off in the house, and left my basement very clean.

I called Maximum plumbing on a Monday afternoon and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. Maxim was on time and professional. I had 3 fixes and recommended what repairs should be prioritized. He quoted me for all 3 repairs and we scheduled a time for him to come back. We were going to replace the cap to my sewer cleanout which may have turned into a much bigger job but he suggested an easier fix. He finished all three repairs in just over 2 hours. It's tough to find an honest, reasonably priced plumber who strives to offer the simplest solution. Max is a true old school tradesman. My only complaint is that he did not accept my offer of a cup of coffee. I worked hard to brew that Keurig pod.

Called Tuesday had an appointment the next day. Fixed a sump pump. Very reasonable. The next day, the water heater wasn't working. Called Max at Maximum Plumbing at 4:00 pm. He actually called back 2 minutes later and was at the house by 5:30. Shoes off, mask on, great attitude. Fixed the electric connections to the heater; no charge! No charge and service in less than 2 hours from a plumber! Guess I know who l'll be calling again.

I just had a great experience (from first call to job completion) with Maximum Plumbing. The attention to detail from both Max and Lukas from my first call was outstanding.

Lukas quickly identified the issue I figured needed to be serviced, but then went above and beyond to assess a few other potential issues I hadn't even considered. His desire to do the job right likely saved me tens of thousands of dollars in future flood damage in the very near future.

This was a great overall experience, and I also appreciated that their pricing was fair.

Through Yelp I requested quotes for a shower drip. I've been around the block a few times, as an older guy, and my assumption was that 99% of the time water leaks like this require a cartridge replacement in the Moen shower assembly, and this turned out to be the case. Maxim was willing to provide estimates, and soon showed up to do the work. Problem solved, thanks.
