We are very happy we found them! We used them twice so far: once to replace the whole AC unit and the second time was to replace our kitchen faucet. Guillermo is always fast to reply and very accommodating to our schedule. He is a very pleasant person and extremely polite (my puppies love him) and has never been late and rather early so when I got home, he was ready to start right away! He works very fast but his work is very detailed and he triple checks to make sure everything is working before he leaves. He also fixed a shoddy pipe job that was done by another plumber that came and overcharged us. Under sink pipe kept falling off causing to flood under the sink because they attached wrong parts under the drain...! It's been so hard to find an honest and good plumber and we definitely didn't have luck for many years but now we're always going to call Maximo!

I've been searching for a plumber for at least a month to help tie up some loose ends that a previous contractor wasn't able to complete. The plumber who was originally supposed to do the job tried to reschedule last minute and left me in the lurch as I'd already rearranged my schedule to have my plumbing done a specific day. Fortunately I found Frank who gave me a reasonable estimate within a day and who was able to accommodate my schedule and requirements.

Frank showed up on time, fully prepared, and got straight to work. While I'm quite sure some difficulties with the job popped up, he quietly handled them to make sure that ultimately, the job got done and done well. He cleaned up, did a neat plumbing job and left my apartment in fully working order.

Frank is honest, responsive, flexible, and accommodating. After reviewing at least 3-4 plumbers and having the last one bail on me, Frank came in at the ready. It's time consuming and difficult finding a fairly priced, direct, and honest contractor in general, so I'm very grateful that I was able to find Frank. If you need something done, go with Maximo Plumbing!
