Max Solon Plumbing has done work on my home for two different projects now. First time was to install a new hot water heater. The second time was to repair a toilet drain line that someone else had repaired incorrectly and had started to leak. Both times, Max Solon's plumbers exceeded my expectations. I had a huge leak and drainage issues in my 1950's home. MSP solved the issue promptly and spent days troubleshooting the draining issue which involved re-plumbing the drainage pipes. They got everything up and running and were prompt, communicative so I didn't worry and effective so I could get back to work. I had a soft spot in my ceiling right bellow my upstairs guest bathroom. I found this company through Nextdoor app. The guys came out on time, showed me the problem, gave a quote, fixed it and cleaned up. Kudos to Tyler and Joe, they were professional, courteous and kind. A friend recommended Max Solon plumbing to me after they found him to be very honest and helpful. I called and he requested pictures of the concerns I had in my home. I sent them via text and had an estimate within an hour. When I excepted the estimate proposed, we made an appointment and two days later my problems were fixed. The two guys that came out were very friendly and professional. They were there for four hours, fixed all of my problems and I paid what I was quoted. I highly recommend this Plumber.

I had a great experience with Max Solon Plumbing. I called concerning a potential leak behind one of the cupboards in my new kitchen. Max was very communicative and sent someone within 2 days. Ian arrived on time and was extremely professional. He checked the cupboard and didn't really want to cut through it, so instead he checked the shower (which directly behind that cupboard) and did notice an actual leak that required him to cut through the cupboard. He did not leave until the leak was fixed (he ended up finding 2). He explained everything he was doing and he cleaned after himself. I am extremely pleased. They will surely be my to go to next time.

Max and his team are true professionals. They are prompt, do work the right way, and are completely trustworthy. I have no problem letting his guys come and go if I have to run errands or goto work. This is our second home, which he has repiped, replaced our water heater, and fixed a sewage line. He also worked on our last home replacing old galvanized piping. 5 stars all day! Great business and great team. I will never use anyone else!

Poor Workmanship and high price behind a friendly face.     The one star is simply for being Friendly and responsive, I'll give them that. The issue with Max Solon and co. are High Price, Poor Quality of work and, frankly, the jobs are not done right.  I had them install a water softener in my condo, within 3 months, had to call due to a leak coming from it. The connections were so poorly done, that it leaked down to my downstairs neighbor.  Within the 3 months, I used Max to repair one of my tenants sink. This should have been a pretty basic job, a leak under the kitchen sink...He called saying that the garbage disposal had a crack....ok I'll trust him. $330 and a week later I find out from my tenant that the Garbage disposal was NOT the problem, and in fact the leak was still there and the faucet was now spraying all over the place. When I called Max about it, he wanted to charge me another $300 to replace the kitchen faucet....Really!?   Obviously I called another plumber and the new plumber got the job done for $150 and could not believe the hack job done by Max.

Charged me almost double the quoted price and took three days to finish, never again. To correct, the additional charge was $70 more or a little more than a 50 % increase. The visit was from two men, and only one was necessary..the work was done well but some parts were unnecessarily replaced.
