Max Solon Plumbing has done work on my home for two different projects now. First time was to install a new hot water heater. The second time was to repair a toilet drain line that someone else had repaired incorrectly and had started to leak. Both times, Max Solon's plumbers exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Max Solon Plumbing. I called concerning a potential leak behind one of the cupboards in my new kitchen. Max was very communicative and sent someone within 2 days. Ian arrived on time and was extremely professional. He checked the cupboard and didn't really want to cut through it, so instead he checked the shower (which directly behind that cupboard) and did notice an actual leak that required him to cut through the cupboard. He did not leave until the leak was fixed (he ended up finding 2). He explained everything he was doing and he cleaned after himself. I am extremely pleased. They will surely be my to go to next time.

My toilet was backup for a week waiting for my home insurance company to send a good plumber (I fired them after this incident​). They sent the same incompetent​ one twice who couldn't and wouldn't fix the problem. Now desperate​ to get the toilet fixed I then called another plumber I used before. Unfortunately,​ he was busy that day so he referred me to Max Solon Plumbing' and I'm very happy he did. Max Solon Plumbing sent Matt over the​ ​ same afternoon and within 30 minutes all was resolved and at a reasonable cost. Matt was superb and I assure you Max Solon Plumbing has me for a customer as long as I'm above ground and live in St Petersburg area. Thank you Max & Matt.

Charged me almost double the quoted price and took three days to finish, never again. To correct, the additional charge was $70 more or a little more than a 50 % increase. The visit was from two men, and only one was necessary..the work was done well but some parts were unnecessarily replaced.

Max and his team are true professionals. They are prompt, do work the right way, and are completely trustworthy. I have no problem letting his guys come and go if I have to run errands or goto work. This is our second home, which he has repiped, replaced our water heater, and fixed a sewage line. He also worked on our last home replacing old galvanized piping. 5 stars all day! Great business and great team. I will never use anyone else!

We seem to have a yearly January 'date' with Max Solon Plumbing. And although no one wants to have an issue, this company is our go-to for plumbing issues. Things always break on the weekend, as we all know. This time, the kitchen sink backed up. Luckily, we were able to wait until Tuesday for the first available time slot. The text indicating Pepe was enroute brought smiles. He arrived at the time he said he would. He analyzed the issue, went on the roof to clean the main line and provided a maintenance program (baking soda & white vinegar in sink drain overnight every two weeks). Apparently, there is grease buildup no matter how careful you are in the kitchen. Pepe made us laugh when he said I've been here before. I remember walking over your roof. He left with the promise we see him January 2024 (hmm, just great lol) We highly recommend this company. I almost forgot. Pictures of the issue are emailed with the invoice.
