Service person arrived on time and ready to work. Parts were available on truck so no need for additional appointment. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable and completed the work timely and helped in areas he didn't need to. I had piping under kitchen sink that was done incorrectly causing water build up instead of water running smoothly down the drain. Technician also checked my other sinks in bathroom for me and they were fine.

George was professional and prompt, responsive, on time and charged reasonable prices for his work!

He installed flappers and fillers in two toilets. He also fixed a part that became warped in my irrigation system during the last freeze. He came in, did the job in 15 minutes, and explained and showed me everything he did.

Another plumber tried to charge me $289 to fix the flappers on my toilets. I had my own flappers and just don't have experience, but easily could have figured it out myself. He insisted that driving here for 15 minutes and fixing my toilets for 10 minutes wouldn't be worth his time for less money (eye roll). Yet another plumber in the area had charged me for coming out, adjusting my filler so the water wouldn't run and telling me to go out and buy and install a flapper, myself! That was after running more than an hour late and not responding to my text or call until my boyfriend called from his phone. I've lived all over the country, and this area has been the worst for finding diligent and competent service people.

So encountering a plumber who actually knows and does his job at a reasonable price, that allows me to outsource the work, was such a relief. He didn't play games with the prices or try to argue with me, or keep me waiting for hours. These things shouldn't be so hard and this business makes it easy to get your plumbing needs met.

This company is one the best companies I've dealt with in this area. George who is the technician is super professional and as a former veteran he understands his customers in the area. This gentleman came out after hours quickly fixed an issue the City of Killeen and another plumber couldn't in half the time. Price for the job was respectable and decent. Would recommend this company service to anyone in the area for actually getting the job done. Five star service , he gave honest feedback and additional information that would have cause a lot of money from a slime-ball.
