UPDATE: I need to clarify the fact that Max was not responsible for any leaks on this outsourced job. Although what they were supposed to do was not finished, and required a return, I did call another plumber to finish, preferring not to have Max come out. Just as well, because they never contacted me to finish their job.

Picked up the toilet at Home Depot in the morning and requested an install at the same time. When I got home heard from Max plumbing and it was actually installed on the same day. Much quicker than we expected. Danny also came earlier than the installation window. Very good service and professional job. Toilet works great and it was done efficiently and cleanly. We had a toilet tank bolts rusted out and created a flood in our bathroom. Luckily we were there & turned off water immediately. We have a home warranty and it took a couple of days for another company to come out & assess the situation. We decided to replace 3 toilets in our house for fear the other 2 would do the same thing. To make a long story short, the other company decided it was too inconvenient to pick up new toilets from Home Depot, So we went to Home Depot on a Wednesday Night about 5:30 PM requesting installation and they Highly recommended Max's Plumbing & AC and set up a request for service. The very next morning at 9:30AM we received a call from Darla (who was very friendly & professional) from Max's Plumbing who set up the appointment for that same day between 2-4! PLUS they would pick up the 3 new toilets at Home Depot & discard the three old toilets. We were so pleased, but Even MORE pleased that Danny Edison called at 1ish and said he was ahead of schedule & could he come early. Danny was very Professional, friendly, thorough & made sure EVERYTHING worked properly and no mess!! EXCELLENT EXCELLENT SERVICE by Danny Edison & Max's Plumbing!! We would definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND Max's Plumbing & Danny Edison!!

Many thanks to Max Plumbing for responding to our emergency request over the July 4th weekend in 2021, when our sewage line backed up and flooded a bathroom and two bedrooms. Of the four plumbers we called for help at 10 pm Sat night on July 3rd, Max Plumbing was the only one to respond. Their master plumber, Keno, advised us over the phone on how to stop the flow that night, and then came out first thing on Sunday the 4th to assess what was going on in the line. He contacted a remediation team, who came out Sat night and stayed until 2 a.m. to control the damage.
Because we thought that Max Plumbing did such a great job with the emergency plumbing in July 2021, we had them come out several times in 2022 to do a general evaluation of the state of our plumbing. The work they did in upgrading the laundry box, replacing old toilets and faucets, repairing leaks, and so forth, was professional and of good quality. In addition, we have found them to be the most reliable plumbers we have had so far in Las Vegas.
In October 2022, our sewer line overflowed yet again, this time in the front yard. Max Plumbing hydrojetted the line and ran a camera down the line to identify the issue. Because they have been doing such reliable and good work for us, we hired them to locate the obstruction and replace that length of sewer pipe, a big job. We would not have trusted that job to any other company.
Since we have moved to our home in 2011, we have been looking for a good, reliable plumber. Max Plumbing is the best, and we are very grateful for their excellent service over the past two years.

Danny did a great job. Called 45 minutes before arriving and was on time. He ran into a small issue but was able to resolve. Max Plumbing is HomeDepot's contractor. I had a kitchen sink replaced. About 90 minutes and the job was completed.

I ordered 3 new toilets from Home Depot, and Max Plumbing installed and removed the old ones. Philip R. was my plumber and he did a great job. He made sure my toilets were not wobbly even though I had a massive slant in the floor. He paid close attention to detail. Will be using you guys again!
