Upfront, straightforward, responsive, honest, and only business to provide quotes and pricing without the hassle of ""Let's send a technician out there for a quote"". I had a clogged master shower and stinky washing machine drain. My previous plumber blew me off, but Olivia responded right away and sent out Chris same day. Amazing and awesome! Maverick saved me over $1000! Another plumbing company wanted to replace the whole valve in my shower because they said that it wasn't a common one and they couldn't find a replacement handle. Maverick saw the picture of the valve I sent to them, knew what it was, said that there was a replacement handle, and came out and fixed it for $1000 less then the other companies quote! All but one other plumber, who wasn't in the area, knew what kind of valve it was and that it had replacement handles. Chris was professional and kind. I'm so glad that I found Maverick Plumbing on Yelp! I'm going to use them again. Thank you, too, Olivia, you are so helpful!

I can't believe I haven't written a review yet. Chris (and Olivia) are just amazing. That's all, really. Chris has done at least 3 or 4 jobs at our house, and each time the work was beyond our expectations.

My toilet was clogged and tought I did EVERYTHING to try and unclog it. I reached out to my community Mission Viejo Facebook page to ask for advice. Chris and Olivia reached out to me, and after having uncessful tries myself, I asked them for help. They came very quickly and my interactions with them were very pleasant. Chris didn't mess around, he came with a snake auger and went right to work and two minutes later he pulled out the problem! Apparently a makeup cap (I store my makeup above the toilet) fell into the toilet and clogged it. His snake literally pierced right through it. He didn't try and sell me on unnecessary work or repairs, it was $95 which they told me before they came and I was happy to pay to have it fixed. I could have made it a lot worse if they hadn't come. Will call again if I have any blumbing problems.
