I was really impressed with Santos Plumbing. I put the request in for service super early at 7am, and he was the first person to respond! I was making this call for my mom, and I was really happy to find someone who was safe and reliable to take care of her. Really responsive and got out to us same day! He fixed the garbage disposal really quickly at a really affordable price and I will 100% be calling him for any other plumbing issues in the future.

We had wall leaking problems on two floors, they responded quickly. When they arrived they protected our floor and carpet, identify problems fast and fixed it very efficient. They solved both areas after opening up walls, they repiped and installed the walls back to normal, cleaned everything before they left. We are very satisfied with their experiences, high efficiency and job quality, would highly recommend if anyone has a plumbing issue.

We called them this morning about a leaking water pipe, they were very prompt and efficient, they were very honest and professional, they took the time to explain the options available to my husband and I to fix the problem. They discovered the problem and were able to fix it expeditiously at a very fair price. Great service! They answered my yelp request very quickly and came to my house within an hour. They tried to snake my toilet but it didn't work. They were honest with me and discussed what happened. They told me what the next steps would be and asked for my permission before moving forward. I would have given them 5 stars easily! The only slight problem was that the technician they sent out didn't speak English, but he found a solution to that problem easily....he called someone at the office and had that person translate everything to me. Everything worked out as it did and I was so happy....and it didn't take that long. I will definitely be using them again.

Was referred to Santos Plumbing by a coworker who had used their service. Also called other plumbing companies but ultimately chose Santos Plumbing based upon their ability to thoroughly assess my home's need(spent over an hour discussing after diagnoses) and provide a honest professional action plan within my budget.

I called Santos on Friday and the first question he asked me was whether the situation was an emergency. He wanted to understand if he needed to redirect some of his team to my house if needed....at no extra cost!!! After speaking with him for a few mins, I quickly understood that this is a business owner that cares about his clients.

We scheduled to meet the next day so that he could diagnose the problem using state-of-the-Art equipment. After a thorough discussion of the options, I scheduled to have the job performed the next day. He and his team arrive at the arranged time and started working immediately. I could tell they were very familiar with the job and wasted no time throughout the job. Although it was a 90 degree day, his team was in high spirits from start to finish. I visited the work site multiple times and Santos was able to loop me in step-by-step.

I'll definitely be using Santos Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs and will certainly be referring them to friends/family. Thanks for the job well done Santos Plumbing!!!

Since writing my first review, I've used Sam Plumbing for three additional jobs: replacing a garbage disposal, replacing the kitchen-sink faucet, and doing a pressure cleaning of the mainline. All three jobs were done in a timely and professional manner. For the sink faucet, Marc was able to customize the fit of the faucet product purchased from Home Depot, since the dishwasher ventilator prevented the entire faucet base from being installed.

For the mainline cleaning, Santos first ran the camera to show me the roots growing into the mainline. He told me that a pressure cleaning would temporarily eliminate them (for about three years), or I could go with a long term solution of re-piping. I went with the pressure cleaning with a 6 month warranty. After the finishing the cleaning, he ran the camera again, and it was clear that the roots were gone and the entire line looked clear.

I highly recommend Santos and his crew and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs. Santos and his crew really know their trade, and seem to enjoy their work.
