Emergency plumbing issue happened, santos was able to come to my place to check out the problem within 30 minutes of call then Diagnosed and gave quote just a couple of minutes after. I really appreciated this because there was no time to waste since my problem needed to be fixed ASAP.

He was able to recommend a specific brand for replacement parts and even gave me time to do my own research. If you're like me and question everything you understand how important that was! Lol

After agreeing to the job, Santos purchased all parts needed and installed same day! he was fast,
efficient and the works looks extremely and clean. My water Is now running perfect and most importantly back to warm.
You can really tell he knows what he is doing. I sincerely feel that he really is an honest guy who enjoy he's job.
Overall I was extremely satisfied with his communication, customer service and work completed.

Found a pool of water under the kitchen sink after dinner. Santos came out the next morning and provided honest assessment of 3 contributing issues. He fixed the leak at a very reasonable price.
