Josh and Chris did an outstanding job on my home installing a whole house Cummins generator along with two extra sub panels. Their pricing was fair and competitive and the communication throughout the project was very good. I felt taken care of and they walked me through their work when completed. I highly recommend their services. As a realtor I now have a ""go to"" electrician for my clients.

This is an update to my first review done in February 2021. I used Maverick Electrical Services to ready my house for sale; it was a small job and a ""test"" to see if I might be able to use their services in the future. The contacting, updates and work was great. So when I had a lot more electrical tasks to be done in the house I bought in April 2021 I was hopeful that everything would be as good as it was previously. Unfortunately a big ""no""! The booking process was much further in advance, the technician did an okay job and was not as competent and friendly. The biggest disappointment was in pricing! Maverick Electrical Services has the highest prices for average work with below average customer service. I will not use them again in the future and do not recommend them now. Always hopeful that service companies maintain their quality of service and possibly even improve; it was definitely NOT the case this time.

They guarantee their work and their prices are fair and they keep you updated through the process of diagnosing what is going on with your problem. Will use them again.

I called in and requested a quote for a 180lb chandelier. The tech came out and was shown the chandelier in the garage in the box. Then they sent us a quote. Then the company emailed saying he was shown the wrong chandelier and (Direct quote) "" it will be way more expensive than the previous quote"". I told them we only have on chandelier in the box in the garage and he was mistaken. (I do not have random chandeliers hanging around in my garage). Okay... honest mistake work with me. No.....Instead of being honorable they suggested we do business elsewhere. I will definitely do business elsewhere and recommend you do the same! Too bad I love supporting local business. Maverick Just left a bad taste in my mouth. As a business owner myself I am disappointed. Kayla the admin person acted like she didn't care at all, didn't apologize or try to work with us, and the emails are unprofessional. This down right an awful experience. Go somewhere else.

Maverick upgraded my 40 year old electric panel, coordinated with SMUD to move the overhead service line, handled Sac Co. permits, and installed a second panel for our pool project. I was very pleased with their competitive quote, professional appearance and the knowledge of workers on site for the 2 day project. I have a bit more work to do and there's only one electrician I'm calling. As far as I'm concerned, Maverick is my electrician for life!

I called regarding a ceiling fan instead you told me my entire breaker panel needed to be replaced and, I fell for it. $2,500 later. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

This is the only electrical company you need. If I could give 10 stars, I would. They have responded to electrical emergencies after hours several times for myself and my family. They are knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and honest! Josh and his team have saved my house from an electrical nightmare. I wouldn't trust any other electrical service ever! We love our new ceiling fan installed by Maverick Electrical. Justin, our electrician, did a great job with great quality! He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and open to our ideas. He covered our furniture with a tarp to prevent leaving debris and did a great job cleaning after the service. I will definitely suggest Maverick Electrical Services to all my friends, family and neighbors.
