I was due for a regular heating and air maintenance. My regular technician Jeff came out to inspect my unit and made sure it was fully operational and clean. Jeff made suggestions for future repairs that may come up due to normal wear and tear. As per usual he was there on time and I got several texts in advance to let me know when he was arriving. After going over the system performance report he was off to his next appointment. Maverick always has fast efficient professional nice technicians that are knowledgeable and reliable. I can't be more happier with their service and I recommend them to all my neighbors, family, and friends.

I DON'T recommend Maverick Electric.
When we called for a partial power outage in the building, Maverick electric was quick in its responses. However, it lack the knowledge for electrical diagnoses and repairs. Its electrician could not find a break in the power and blame fault on a circuit breaker. He replaced a breaker. We paid over $800 for diagnostic and an old breaker replacement. He then went on to blame a light and quote us for a ridiculous price in the thousands. He could not fix our power outage while charged a bunch of ridiculous fees. We had to contact another electrical company. They came and restored power back with a fraction of what Maverick quoted.

I called three other Electrical company's on Monday and Maverick was the only company to schedule an appointment for me the following day Tuesday between 8:00 am and 11:00 am. We got a call from their technician Nathan Alexander a few minutes after 8:00 am and said he was in route to our home in Carmichael. Nathan Alexander was knowledgeable, thorough, and was able to troubleshoot our concern very quickly. I have to mention we had another Electrician come out about two weeks ago and he did not figure out why our seven front pillar light weren't working. I can recommend the outstanding service we received from Maverick Electric and from Nathan Alexander.

I actually reached out to several companies for a quote. Maverick Electric was the 1st one that replied and offered me a free diagnosis check.
My island and back wall went out. Plus my microwave has been leaking oil and it leaked into the outlet as you can see from the photos it burned through the wire.
Justice came out at the scheduled time. Very professional and knew what he was doing. Took him about 20min to fix the problem.
He replaced the GFCI and everything works!

Do not recommend at all.
For my case, the work was started on 2/12/2023 and Josh (manager) promised me the electric panel change and other work in contract should be completed within in 3 weeks but it's still not finished yet ( more than half a year now) . He sounded very confident at that time so I paid all payment in full but everything changed after that.
I tried to contact them many times but you can not get a meaningful response or response at all. Sometimes they said they were all busy, other times they said they would get back(and never get back)...
I have no choice and have no idea how to proceed... I loss $2000 monthly rent because of this but I really doubt they would refund me $2000 * 6 for my total loss.
Please choose other services if you can. Or at least pay it after they finished all work. Do not trust what they said over phone.

Ray, my husband, and I belong to the generation which enjoyed the 1957 to 1962 'Maverick' TV series with James Garner. Like most mavericks, we've always been mavericks of a sort ~ steady careers, but weekends spent boondocking and having fun. When we decided it was time to get a whole house generator, as opposed to solar, I checked a whole bunch of places (and the California State Licensing Board, Better Business Bureau and reviews) BEFORE we selected Maverick Electric, Heating & Air, Roseville. Even with all the issues (me, hot August days, hardpan, very deep electric and gas line trenches dug between a sidewalk and fence and the odd death of the Keurig coffee maker) the guys (and Hailey on the phone!) stayed true to the Maverick persona ~ smile through everything and do the job well!
On Monday, July 25, 2023, we had Technician Jeff Jenkins out for summer maintenance on our HVAC system. Although we knew it was living on borrowed time, we opted to have some of the A/C's 20-year-old parts replaced with new parts, just to get it through one last season. I asked if that's like putting a new tranny in a very old car, hoping it would work with the old transfer case. A week later, after Jeff and Joseph tried to work their magic, we knew we needed a new tranny, new transfer case AND a new car (or preferably a new HVAC system).
On Monday July 31, 2023, I telephoned Maverick. Michael (BTW ~ he's a die-hard Doors fan!) asked if we'd like to have a same-day eval. WHAT!!?? Steve Nevarez, his perfect smile and even better customer service was there in about 30-minutes. After he spent a VERY long time evaluating our needs and explaining our options, we decided to go for it. Incredulously, he said the Maverick installation crew could have the ENTIRE SYSTEM (without new ventilation ducts ~ they're in excellent shape) completely installed the next day.
Fast forward to 8 am Tuesday morning, three of the nicest, most polite and friendliest smilers came to our front door and said they had some work to do, 'ma'am.' Josh, those three young men should work with you forever! Kyle Mackay, Kurtis Lewis and Danny Pendergraft are top-notch Mavericks in our book! They wore booties to keep the floors clean; cleaned up insulation and stuff that fell out of the attic; treated the equipment like it was their own ~ gently; cleaned the sidewalks and put everything on the curb for the salvage guy to pick up (5-minutes after they left!). Except for this beast of a quiet compressor outside and wonderfully consistent cool air inside, we couldn't tell three, hard-working young men had been there for 7+ hours! It was amazing!
HVAC systems aren't cheap. They never have been. But, for what we spent, we received excellent equipment, excellent service and now have over-the-top peace of mind knowing we had the best-of-the-best install our HVAC system ~ Maverick Electric, Heating & Air. Thank you to everyone!

I agreed to have my tenants 20 year old system to be replaced. So they installed it last July 10-11, 2023. Today August 5,2023... not even a month, my tenants called, complaining that their brand new aircon is not working. I called Maverick and said they can come and check it on August 7, Monday. That's unacceptable. It's brand new, the weather is 106-104 or more and my tenants have a baby. Aside from the system cost $24k plus. I'm very disappointed, disgusted and frustrated. My tenants are very upset too. They should have done something about this.

I new my AC Unit needed to be replaced. They sent a Tech. named Jeff and he fixed my unit until I purchased a new one. Thanks again.

Steve arrived earlier than expected for our appointment on July 3rd. He was very friendly, and efficient, and was able to diagnose the problem with my AC unit in a very short time.

I want to thank you guys for doing a great job on installing my new a/c unit. Excellent on installing and re- wiring. I give u guys a 10 star! I appreciate it . Now were having a blowing cold air..
