Contacted the company and set up an appointment to discuss installing a new hvac system. Window of appointment was 4-7pm. The technician did not show up in that window. I called the office and they assured that the appointment was still on. They are just running a little late. I received a call from the technician, ""Mike"", later. He explained that they only come out if the people have already decided they will use that company. Their company doesn't need to come assess potential jobs if the customer hasn't decided to use them as they are already very busy. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered! Zero stars.

Maverick was extremely responsive to my initial request and scheduled a technician to come out within two days. Very professional and skilled technician provided a reasonable estimate for the job and performed the work on same visit. Office staff followed up diligently scheduling the appointment and advising of techs arrival. Highly recommend Maverick for all your electrical needs. Thanks Nate, great job!

I went through 4 companies before I found Maverick. I'm very grateful. The came out immediately to fix my electrical heating unit. No BS, no overcharges, but super honest and got my unit fixed right away.

This is a redo of my original review as Yelp took it down without confirming the validity of my experience or interactions with this company. This time I will include pictures from the text I received from the company days later AND where they even got my name wrong. Yelp, if you have any integrity as a business claiming to let true customers share their experiences and not censoring true and honest reviews of a company, I suggest leaving this review up.

My original review stated: I reached out to this company last night (2/24) and spoke with Gabby. 2 of my bedrooms lost power. The company was listed as open 24 hours so I was hoping they could help. Gabby ""sent a message to the service manager"" and he was supposed to call me to schedule someone to come out. Almost 2 hours later, at midnight, I called back and spoke with Gabby again. She stated all she could do is send a message to the service manager. It is now 9am the next day (2/25) and I have not received any communication from the service manager or anyone at the company. I will be moving on to a responsive company and not recommending this one to anyone.

Summary: Extremely expensive for basic home light repair.

The electrician who showed up was professional and friendly so this is just about the cost quoted, not the person who showed up. I will just say that the prices quoted were offensively high and absurd. Quoted $515 for parts and labor to simply change 5 light bulbs around the house!

And an additional $700 on top of that to fix the ballast of the fluorescent bulbs in the garage. I ended up finding another reputable and certified business in the area that repaired a remote control unit of a ceiling fan, replaced the 5 bulbs, and did the ballast repair in the garage for $200 plus parts, and it was all done in one hour from a hard working professional, and no $49 dollar fee just to show up and write a quote. The $49 was definitely a waste of money and I would consider changing this review if I could get a refund on that.

It is possible that this business is more suited to corporate business buildings where they can overcharge or maybe have a subscription fee, but for basic home repair I would say to avoid.

Joey was great, arrived within the scheduled time frame. They even sent his picture beforehand so I knew who was coming. He answered all my endless questions and explained throughly the technical aspects of the Tesla wall charger I wanted to put in, the different location options and how it would work out. He even advised he had time to get it done for me the same day and did so! This was amazing as it was already late afternoon and I am sure it went after his scheduled hours. He did a fantastic job and he even cleaned and vacuumed afterwards. On top of that he was a good conversation and very personable. Thanks Joey! I would definitely use Maverick for any electrical work in the future.

In a day and age where good customer service and attention to detail seems to be lacking across all industries and trades, Maverick has consistently exceeded my expectations! I have used their services on several occasions, most recently to install overhead can lights in my guest bedroom and home office. Joey and Nathan were great guys, very personable and professional. The next time I need any sort of electrical help, Maverick will be at the top of my list.

Nate came out to wire our house for a portable generator after losing power for a few days with these storms. They were very responsive and quick to schedule a visit. He was super friendly, professional with their assessment and quote. Very thorough in their work with good follow-though. We ended getting all of our fuses replaced since they were very old and he did a great job! We will definitely call them the next time we need an electrician. Thanks, Nate!
