I called for service. I asked for pricing before booking. They did not include travel but after the job being short and easy. They used my plumbing supplies. Then added on an extra $150 to the bill. When I stated I would only pay the service they provided. They argued and harassed my phone number. Then they sent it to collections over literally a made up bill. I will never pay them. This will sit for seven years on my good credit until it falls off. I hope they had to pay fees to put it there. Ruining an good persons credit and trying to rip them off is horrible business ethics. I would never recommend them. Service was crappy and the way they do business is slimy.

Very poor customer service from the minute they pick up the phone (if they pick it up at all). After months of waiting for them, they want to re-vent everything because it has never been vented. After telling them they need to look for an existing vent of course they did find it. Every minute of phone time and face to face time with this company was exhausting. It's good to know I'll never have to work with this company EVER again.

GREAT customer service and incredible plumbers. We have a little cabin off the Wisconsin River (near the Dells), built in 1956 so you can imagine the plumbing is out of date... and Mauston Plumbing is our go-to plumber for everything. I call, they answer. They let me know when they can get the job done and when the job is done (since I am not there when they work). Invoices can be emailed (since we live in Chicago and are not always in the Mauston area). My father is a retired plumber and Mauston Plumbing is by far his first choice for keeping up with our family cabin. It feels so good to know we can call Mauston Plumbing in a pinch and they can go and work on our cabin (and access the cabin when we are not there) -- and we don't have to drive all the way up from Chicago. Thank you, Mauston Plumbing!

An older man came and was swearing in front of my 3 year old grandchild. I tried to explain the problem and he did not listen, I was told it was a vent under the sink causing the back-up of the kitchen sink. !00+ feet of snaking later...guess what? It WAS the vent.

We live in the boonies.....and that is the problem. There are a couple of plumbers in the immediate Mauston area to choose from for plumbing needs.
Recently, our well was acting up. We had had another plumber work on it last fall, but apparently it still wasn't fixed!
I called Mauston plumbing and asked.."" do you work on wells?"" The gentleman who answered the phone was named Victor and he assured me that they did! So I asked them to come and see if they could get it working, as we had no water!
He said that a fellow would call before he came. Well, about two hours later a fellow shows up in the drive, no call first! Not a big deal.
When he looked at the well he said, ""we don't work on that kind of a well""!! Jeeezzz
But he did reprime the pump and got the water working again, but offered no reason why the pump lost its prime in the first place.
Three days later I got the BILL!! $125 including tax. This plumber charges $95 and hour and OF COURSE, they are portal to portal, which means you are charged for the drive from their place of business to your house. Something to remember. The bill was for over an hour, and he was on premise about 15 minutes.

Asked to winterize home. They made unneeded repairs and then billed me for them without even asking if I wanted them to to the repairs. Crooks!
