Great work! We had an emergency on a Sunday. Bathtub and toilet flooded over out of nothing and we didn´t know what to do. We called Mauro´s Plumbing and they arrived in less than 20 mins. Mauro took one look, and knew what to do. 15 mins later the problem was solved. In addition he took care of our toilet, which wasted a lot of water every time we were flushing AND on top we got a warranty. Every time again!

During the last rainy season Mauro urgently installed a temporary sump pump when I had water leaking into my downstairs from the hillside under our home. I also had him fix a leaking pipe in a tight spot inside the wall which I found by chance while doing some remodeling. Mauro also installed a sink for me.

* On time or Amy will keep you updated if he's running late

* Decent rate and doesn't gouge in ""disaster"" situations when you'd be willing to pay much more.

* Very Friendly and is willing to explain the work needed after his diagnosis

give him a call agem and hi fix my shower and he came again 30 minutes after I called he said he was nearby really fast service and the price was crep 108$ this dude is the bomb!!!!!

I can't say how much I love Mauro and Amy. I have a rental house in San Pablo got a pipe clogged on Sunday. It's hard to find plumber works on Sunday but Mauro does. Amy picked up my phone and said they will go check it around 6pm because their schedule was quite full. They did it on time and helped fix the problem very quickly. The next day I was thinking about having Mauro run an full check on the pipe system so I called Mauro about my idea but he told me he did not seem to find any big issue with the pipe and it's not necessary to run a full check, plus they have 2 months warranty and I can give him a call within 2 months if there is any problem again and by that time he could run a camera check on the pipe, that way I can save the money.

What else can you say! This IS the service I am looking for.You guys are the best, Mauro and Amy.

I found Mauro through Yelp and can only confirm what other reviewers said.
Mauro came on a Friday morning, after 20-30 minutes contacting his office manager.
He was very straight to the point in a friendly and respectful manner. I wish I had more services for him to take care of, but I will definitely refer him to my neighbors and friends. Thank you, Mauro!

Obrigado!!!! Got up to take a shower to find sewage all over the shower floor. GROSS!! I called a few 24 hour prospects on yelp only not to get a return call. I always pray and ask God to let me find someone I can trust. I saw Mauro's advertisement above the yelp list and called immediately. OMG!! someone answered. I was speechless not just because I lost my voice over three weeks ago and it still hasn't returned. Amy answered and said Mauro would be here within the hour. I think he was here in 20 min. He used the snake a few times and it was cleared. He even clean the patio from all the waste I wish he'd stayed to help with the shower :) Hmmm who can I call for that? Anyway, I am grateful that Mauro was sent my way. He seems to be a very friendly, efficient, trustworthy guy.

Mauro came recommended as a great, honest plumber by a dear friend of mine. Well that's what I got and that is what I recommend for you. Amy is always by the phone ready to provide great customer service and Mauro isn't far behind ready to take good care of you and your house for a good, honest price.

Well, sometimes friends are more reliable than online stars would suggest. Mauro is the best and I have tried others. So why didn't he come up higher than Albert Nahman Plumbing & Heating who estimated my work at five times what Mauro charges with less than half the service? I had to wait a week for the highly rated Albert Nahman Plumber to come and do nothing but give me a whopper estimate. Called Pelican and scheduled them to come out a week later. Pat O'Niel still hasn't called back three days later, and I'll never call Michael Your Plumber again. So when I called Mauro on a Sunday and he said he'd swing by in an hour, I was overjoyed. When he charged me $108 to clear the drain that Albert Nahman said couldn't be done I was flabbergasted. When Mauro quoted $700 to replace my 2"" line I was dumbfounded. I told him Albert Nahman had quoted over $3K to do the same work (It was really $3950 but I didn't see the quote until later) and so he could have charged me $2k and I'd have jumped for joy. Talk about honest. Talk about service. But don't forget to talk about Mauro when you do.

I will definitely be using Mauro from now on!

I can't say enough good about Mauro's plumbing service. We called the company he was affiliated with about 4 years ago and got great service then - I still had his phone number so this time when we had a serious clog that was backing up into the bathtub, I phoned him on a Sunday night - he answered the phone and came as soon as my husband could be home the following afternoon. He put in a solid 45 minutes freeing the clog and the rate he charged was completely reasonable. I agree with so much said by the other reviewers, especially that most of us brace ourselves to be ""soaked"" (yeah, pun) by a plumber and it's like with any tradesperson, when you find one who is honest, reasonable and trustworthy, it's really an unexpected pleasure. Mauro is the best!

I'd give him 10 stars if I could.

I called yesterday after my home warranty program let me down big time. Kitchen sink is backed up and draining into the dishwasher so that neither works. Amy was super helpful on the phone and set me up with an appointment today. I called in at probably 5:55p and she was as friendly as if I was the first call of the day. Mauro came today, a little late, but Amy texted me to let me know ahead of time. Mauro walked in was friendly, funny and ready to help. He easily fixed the problem and went the extra mile to help with a few other random things we needed help with like adjusting the faucet fixture, securing the dishwasher (not previously screwed in) and answering any questions we had. He even noticed a loose cabinet door on his way out and tightened the screws for us since he had his drill out.

Amazing service all around and a great fix to our problem at a reasonable cost. I would recommend Mauro's Plumbing to anyone-100%. While I hope I won't be having any further plumbing problems in the future, I will definitely call Mauro's again.

Mauro just left our house after a quick fix of a clogged toilet. That was fast evening service! Nice guy. We will use his services again.
