He unclogs the drain the old fashioned way--shoves the line down the drain until the water runs through. No hard up-sale for super hi-tech hydro/turbo stuff you don't need like many other drain cleaning companies. Kelly is prompt, courteous and efficient. Price is reasonable and I didn't feel like I got hustled or ripped off like I did with the other company I first called. He does all things plumbing, not just drains. He's the man.
