We live off island and had called no less than 5 other plumbers in Maui to fix our master toilet, a drain stopper, and a kitchen faucet. Every other plumber was either stupid expensive, hard to get a hold of, or only seemed interested if we wanted remodeling work. THEN I FOUND DAN AT MAUI PLUMBING. He was extremely reasonable and very helpful. He did a very good job on the work he did and also gave us some free advice on things we could do regarding Maui hard water. Finding Dan at Maui Plumbing was like a light at the end of the tunnel after all of the other horrible experiences we had with other plumbers. Let me add that Dan worked especially hard with our home warranty service AND was able to get our items fixed within days of giving us an estimate. Other plumbers told us it would take several weeks even to get parts through the home warranty company. A+ to Dan. Maui Plumbing will be the only plumber I use.

Maui Plumbing's Matt was awesome not only did he fix the plumbing problem in my kitchen he was professional, called to alert his ETA, courteous, clean, and explained the problem so I can take better care of my appliances. This has been a nightmare from the beginning. I have a warranty with American home shield. The have several leaky faucets and a broken shower faucets that Need repair. Dominic, the tech has been to my house twice, the second time spent the entire duration on the phone trying to get approval for the repairs instead of actually doing any repairs. Obviously the approval with the insurance company should have been taken care of before even coming to my house and wasting my entire day. What he told me and what he is telling the insurance company are two totally different things. No one told me a hole has to be made in the wall in order to fix the shower faucet but that's what was told to American home shield. Troy in the office has no idea what's going on. He told me Dominic was on of his best techs but when Dominic first came to my house, the young man that came with him seemed to know more that Dominic did! I was kind enough to reschedule my appointment 2 weeks ago to last week per Troy's request because apparently Dominic was needed at another job. They came to my house a month ago and still nothing is fixed. Pretty ridiculous, terrible communication, terrible customer service.

Called Maui Plumbing for the first time based on previous yelp reviews. Was not disappointed! Mike came on schedule if not early, was super pleasant, didn't have an insinkerator part. Ran to the hardware store and had it fixed in no time. Our faucet was leaking and needed replacement and since we were on a roll had him replace that as well. He had a suitable one in his truck! It took longer than he expected because he wanted it perfect. I appreciate craftsman and pride of workmanship. Mike and Maui Plumbing have both of these qualities.

Matt and Jesse did a fine job working hours in a tight under counter space to replace some old copper that had started to green and corrode. They built me a water shut-off lever which they suggested I use if I were to leave the condo unoccupied for a trip away. All in all Maui Plumbing left me with a much more positive experience than any other plumbing company I've dealt with on the Island over my 27 years here. I had selected them on the reco of a general contractor I had used in the past. I would definitely call Maui Plumbing again should the need arise. These are the guys you want to do your job the right way.

2nd call to maui plumbers and I will never ever call them again. I used then a year ago with good service but very expensive. This time it was a big mess. They were over priced $1200.00 and the technician was a creep. The work and materials used to repair a valve for the washing machine should have cost me around $500 was what another company told me. I had to call another plumber to fix their work and change out the valve! Plus, they shut off the County valve on the street without notifying the City and caused a leak. I now need to pay the county to fix their valve because they are the only ones who should be touching that valve. I tryed calling like 10 times and all i got was a voice mail. - that is a no-no!!! Don't ever use them! Rip offs, creeps, dont answer after they take your money, scams, and heartless. If i could I would give a 0 star.

Beware of the rip off. I come home to see if my mom got the plumbing fix. My mom shows me a dam bill for 900 for small work that I could have done my self. Don't trust them! They will take you for a ride. The guy also did not clean up his trash.

My experience today with Maui Plumbing was very positive. The two people who came out were very considerate. I had dropped a diamond earring in the sink down the drain. I called Maui Plumbing and they came out to take care of our issue. It was pretty easy for the techs to find my earring and they put it all together. Dominic and R...... Did not charge for their rescue mission and were able to retrieve my earring. 10 Gun salute

Today Maui Plumbing replaced my old, slow leaking toilet. I was quoted a price. The plumber who arrived (with new comfort height toilet) said he could simply repair the leaking wax seal rather than replace. But based on my knee replacement and arthritis in general, I decided to get the new one. And the cost was LESS than predicted! Maui Plumbing rocks. Every time.
