I was so happy with the guys who came out. They fixed everything, plus gave me some advice on a few things. (Sort of in their department but nothing they could technically do themselves, but I appreciated the advice so much.) They were nice, polite, professional, personable and fast! I don't know why I waited so long to call them because it ended up being a LOT less expensive that I imagined it would be. I can not reccomend them more. A+++++

You learn how good a plumber is when the job isn't simple. We had a thermostatic shower cartridge that failed. When Juan from Mauerhan opened it up, it turned out that the old cartridge had sheared off and more than half was frozen inside. The solution on the factory website looked iffy and required overnight soaking in vinegar. In just a couple of hours, Juan was able to remove the old cartridge using a mini Sawzall without damaging the valve casing. He installed the replacement cartridge and the shower works great. Saved us a big hassle and a lot of money! Really skilled craftmanship! A truly professional job.

Worse service ever. Be very careful not only are they extremely expensive but they also lie about their rates. Worst work ethics. DO NOT HIRE. They will argue with, yell at you, and make you pay for stuff you've never been told. They even charge you for the tools and machines they use. You'll thank me later

We've been using Mauerhan for years now. There's a reason for that. They are always helpful, neat, courteous and do a great job. We've had work done by several different Mauerhan plumbers and across the board, it's the same.

Do not call these plumbers. Although they advertise ""free estimates"", they sent me a bill, first for $200 now for $200 plus $20 late fee. They did not do any work. They gave me an estimate to replace my house drains that was 3 times higher that 2 other licensed plumbers. They did not provide any service, repair, or consultation. When I called to question the first bill, they made no reply.

Mauerhan really is an excellent plumbing company. They're not the cheapest, but their plumbers are excellent, & they totally back their work. In the long run, they probably don't cost more than others because they fix the job the first time & get it right.

We had a gas leak in Mom's rental house in the next county and the service was turned off. I called Mauerhan and spoke to Shannon. She explained the services clearly and in detail. They were able to send out a team the very next day! She called me first thing in the morning and kept me up to date during the process of finding and repairing all the leaks. The gas was turned on that afternoon, so i was very pleased with the entire process being resolved in a 24-hr window. I would highly recommend them.
