Had high expectations of this plumbing firm as came well recommended. However when they sent their installer to install a commercial faucet for my kitchen they did not admit they knew how it worked, instead they proceeded to install it incorrectly only to then insist the faucet was defective.
The next day, the same installer came to put in a different replacement faucet and then left for the day leaving the faucet loose and leaking!
Owner Bruce was aggressive, defensive and insistent that I, the customer, was at fault and ignorant. Total gaslighting.
this is typical of bargain basement plumbers: blame the tools and the customer instead of admitting any fault.

They did what i asked them to do - FOR $1,000 - absolutely amazing. took 4 hours. I don't have the time myself, but it would have take me (an amateur plumber) 2 hours max. I guess you just pay now and get ripped off. Never again

I've used Mauerhan Plumbing services for years and have never been disappointed with their service, their knowledge and their expertise. Once again, I'm reminded of the quality of work when they had to come out and fix a leaky pipe between my house and the street. I continue to be a very happy client! I would highly recommend them!

He came out to unclog our main line but proceeded to break the snake in the mainline. We were without plumbing for 5 days. Another guy came out the next day and could not fix it and abandon it. We had to pay someone else who easily took out the snake. Mauerhan Plumbing has sent us bills for something they never fixed and their verbal quote was not what they billed us. They billed us more. They have caused more of a headache than solving our problem.

I have used their services three times in the last few months and have had nothing but superb service! They got me a new water heater (no small job since the water heater is under the house through an opening in the hall floor!) They got me a new kitchen faucet which I had needed for several years and their choice for me was perfect. And this time they cleaned out the garbage disposal drain in my kitchen sink. All with friendliness, care and masks! I'll call them any time!

We had a sewer backup last night at 11 pm. Eddie responded and immediately went to the house. Job complete by 12:30 am. We and our tenants are very satisfied. Thanks Eddie and next time I'll try not to call so late!!!

Not great experience over the course of our experiences. They do not give a guarantee for their work. Today, about 8 months after installation a dishwasher, our air gap gushed water and flooded.

In addition to their technician incorrectly installing our dishwasher he also shorted out our GFC outlet while working. When I told him I used it moments before his arrival to turn on our garbage disposal he argued with me and said it was not his fault.

We will not be employing their services again.

I woke up with water under the sink, and related anxiety. Having worked with Mauerhan once before, I decided to call them again. They were booked for the day, but said they'd try to get someone there ""tomorrow - today if we can."" They could. Ron arrived in mid-afternoon, diagnosed the situation, made a few calls back to the shop to see if they had a new faucet in stock, had it delivered and installed by the end of the day. And brought it in at the price promised. In addition to being easy to work with, Ron was quick and efficient, and provided useful information regarding potential trouble spots in the future. Nothing fixes anxiety like a competent and honest plumber. Thanks Ron - great job!

This company services my apartment building. They are always professional and fast. They were at the building and I asked for help for a leaky faucet. Marvin and another pro took one minute and helped me out. Great guys, highly recommended.
