Not great experience over the course of our experiences. They do not give a guarantee for their work. Today, about 8 months after installation a dishwasher, our air gap gushed water and flooded.

In addition to their technician incorrectly installing our dishwasher he also shorted out our GFC outlet while working. When I told him I used it moments before his arrival to turn on our garbage disposal he argued with me and said it was not his fault.

We will not be employing their services again.

I woke up with water under the sink, and related anxiety. Having worked with Mauerhan once before, I decided to call them again. They were booked for the day, but said they'd try to get someone there ""tomorrow - today if we can."" They could. Ron arrived in mid-afternoon, diagnosed the situation, made a few calls back to the shop to see if they had a new faucet in stock, had it delivered and installed by the end of the day. And brought it in at the price promised. In addition to being easy to work with, Ron was quick and efficient, and provided useful information regarding potential trouble spots in the future. Nothing fixes anxiety like a competent and honest plumber. Thanks Ron - great job!

This company services my apartment building. They are always professional and fast. They were at the building and I asked for help for a leaky faucet. Marvin and another pro took one minute and helped me out. Great guys, highly recommended.

Mauerhan Plumbing is a joke and a fraud. They have been servicing our building for about 4 years now and we just changed our plumbers because we realized they had been taking advantage of our HOA.

If you have an HOA - DO NOT USE them. On several occasions they even billed us for work that was NEVER actually done.

They always come out with 2 plumbers for basic jobs and charge 2 times more than any other local plumber. Do you really need to bring out 2 plumbers and charge for 2 hours of ""work"" to snake a toilet ???

In this tough time of coronXvirus came a b-a-d stink in the basement crawlspace of our house. The old 4"" cast iron soil pipe had finally caved in from corrosion. Mauerhan's Melvin & Jason were here in a day, did the dirty deed, called in the restoration service Dry Out, and in less time than a short shift at El Pollo Loco, we were smellin' like a rose. We just remodeled an old bathroom with marble tile, clear glass shower door, and very nice faucets and shower fixtures. We did not want Burbank's hard water to mar the fixtures' beauty or plug up the shower. Bruce gave us an estimate for a standard water-softener, but then he suggested we consider a new de-lime system. The de-lime system requires no electrical or main soil drain connections that are required by the old style system, and the internal chemicals last 5 years rather than monthly addition of salt in the old system. The water is not 'softened' by adding sodium, but the de-lime system takes the dissolved calcium and magnesium out of the water. You get the benefit of soft water without the downside of soft water such as monthly maintenance and the slick feel of the water. Bruce also suggested we install an under-sink water filter. We also knew the pressure regulator needed replacement. His crew did all this work in two half-days and the water was off for only a couple of hours in total. As the photos show, the installation was performed very professionally. Whenever we need plumbing we call Mauerhan. You get what you pay for, and with Mauerhan, you can be certain the work will be done correctly, professionally and with high quality parts. Their work is performed to last.
