Carlos came within the specified time frame, which was excellent and finished promptly. He was courteous and even wore booties into the house to protect our floors.

He noticed that we didn't have our shower head installed and did that for us too!

Given how many good reviews this company had, I was very displeased when I was given the run-around when I called for an emergency plumbing issue (water heater leak). I called at 11:38 PM, and was told by Rhonda (who was very nice) that dispatch would be giving me a call within 10-15 minutes. If I hadn't heard by then I could call them back.

This repeated itself 3-4x over the course of the next hour and a half, and every time Rhonda would inform me that dispatch acknowledged the request, confirmed my phone number, and that was that.

I never did get a call back and luckily another 24/7 company came to my rescue at 1:30 AM (an hour and a half later). If no technician was available or unable to provide service that I requested then it would have been nice to simply say so; and I could move on without having to wait around for a phone call that would never come.

I understand that during after hours there aren't as many technicians available, but when there's an emergency and I'm calling at 11:30 PM there's good reason for that. It wasn't a great first impression I'm afraid and I hate leaving bad reviews. Maybe in the future I'll give them another try.

UPDATE 5/23/18 - I spoke with Mike the service manager who was deeply apologetic at the way it was handled and that normal protocol was not followed when customers call back multiple times after not being given an update; that the after hours service should be forwarding those customers directly to him to handle.

i appreciate the follow up and apology and believe in second chances so i will set an appointment sometime soon in the future to give them another shot.

My daughter discovered a significant leak around 7:30 PM on Saturday night that affected the dinning room and kitchen areas We tried a number of plumbers without any reply. Mattucci Plumbing was recommended by a local realtor so I called, and received an immediate call back from Angie! Rodrigo arrived within a couple of hours and provided excellent customer service. He was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. We have every intention to use Mattucci Plumbing again.

We have done business with this company for a number of years and have always been super satisfied with their technicians and quality service. This last time however they went beyond the call of duty. We had begun to notice an unpleasant odor coming up from underneath the house. I assumed It was a break in the sewage line, and the company had a trio of technician out the next day ready to take care of the problem. Two of the techs were those slender ""tunnel rat"" types of guys that can get under the limited crawl space that so many homes have. Well guess what. It wasn't a plumbing problem; rather it was a family of dead possums that was starting to decompose. I asked the head tech if there was anything that could do, and he said they're take care of it. They then cleaned out the rotting mess even though it wasn't their area of expertise. I know that a number of companies would have just said that it wasn't something they could take care of and would have left. So thanks Matucci, you guys are always the best. You give your clients personal service and go out of your way to address individual needs! You guys are 5 star ++++.

Great for residential, but not for large-scale or business clients. I manage a large multi-unit complex and had significant work done throughout the property. While the techs are great, the backend office is a mess. Billing was delayed and then wrong. Owner --who was unaware of internal issues -- wrongfully blamed customer and was unwilling to return phone calls to discuss. As a result, we have pulled our business and am no longer recommending them as a preferred provider among our residents.

Victor and Rafael were excellent! We had another rep. from Mattucci come out to investigate a leak and he wanted to cut into the ceiling. After inquiring about other options, Victor was sent to our home and he discovered the visible source of the leak within 2 seconds of examining our shower. Victor apologized for the miss of the first Rep. and told us he would educate him on what to look for on future jobs. If you hire Mattucci, you need to ask for Victor and Rafael...they were the best!
