Andres came to my house early and got to work right away on my requests. He explained what he thought might be causing the problems and the steps he was taking to fix them. Some of the issues were so simple but he didn't make me feel bad about not being able to fix them. Really great guy. Highly recommend this company.

I have been using this company for years they are the only plumbing service I call. They are reliable, reasonable, respectful, and knowledgeable. I like how they text you when they are in their way and send a picture of the technician. They were knowledgeable on what the issue was and did quality work. Anytime anyone has plumbing issues I recommend this company. When I called I spoke to Mike who was very courteous and patient when I was explaining the issue we were experiencing. Matucci responded quickly and kept us informed on when someone would be arriving to fix our leaking toilet. When Brandon arrived he was courteous and very efficient. He explained to me what exactly he was doing and what needed to be fixed, which I appreciated alot. He also mentioned there was a part of the toilet that needed to be replaced, but wasn't an emergency and informed me I could easily get the part from a hardware store which would cost me much less than if he was to replace it. I appreciated his honesty and how I could save money. This is why I will always call Matucci for all my plumbing needs. They are quick, efficient and honest.

On Friday night our sink was spewing - within 15 minutes of Brandon from Mattucci being at our place he had replaced a cracked main drain pipe and was on to snaking both our bathtubs and diagnosing a perpetually runny toilet. We live in an older duplex so everything is about upkeep, Brandon was fast and super efficient and helped us figure out the best way to keep everything flowing more smoothly moving forward. We would definitely recommend Mattucci and Brandon to anyone and hopefully won't have too much interaction in the future cause of his great work! Met with someone to get an estimate on Friday. He said to expect the cost to be around $3-4k depending on what style waterless tank heater I wanted (with a pump or without) and that I should expect a formal quote by end of day. Did not receive the formal quote on Friday.

Called Saturday and was told I should receive the formal quote within 1-2 hours. Never received it.

Called Monday and they still didn't have it ready and couldn't even tell me what type of waterless tank heaters they would use so I could inform my electrician.

Tuesday: received a quote for $5,500.

We have received other quotes from reputable companies that range from $2,500-3,000. Matucci does not provide competitive pricing nor does their professionalism exceed my expectations.

Got a quote today for replacing the drain of our shower as water was leaking through the ceiling,
I opened the ceiling for them so it saves me 150$.
When they arrived to check the drain they gave me an estimate of 1500$. No thank you.
I took the pipe and drain off went to Home Depot, asked for the same 3 pieces of plastic pipes, 25$ and 30$ the drain.
Took them home replaced it and job is done. What justifies a 1500$ bill to replace a shower drain? That is criminal and should be punished

OMG, I found my new plumbing company! The attention to detail from the first contact for my Sunday service was Second to None.. The text communication including a bio of the tech that came and fixed my clogged sink was unexpected and fantastic! The team that came was professional, polite and cleaned up the mess before they left! That is rare with a plumber! They gave me a price and didn't bait and switch me! Didn't try and upsell or tell me I needed a bunch of stuff I did not need.. Fantastic and appreciated!
