RJ came out this morning and identified where he believed my leak was coming from in my attic and recommended that I call a HVAC company as he believed it was coming from my AC unit. What I was impressed with is he did not charge me for this visit. I did have an HVAC company come out later in the day and RJ was right, it was my AC unit. I would definitely call RJ back out if I need a plumber.

I scheduled an appointment to have a leaking kitchen faucet replaced. I had all the parts and tools needed. RJ knew what was supposed to be done. Waited 2 days for the appointment. RJ arrived, but did no work even though he had said he would replace it that day. RJ wanted to be shown around the house ""to check our toilet valves""... this had absolutely nothing to do with the job he was asked to do. Seemed like a very odd request. Either he's casing houses or trying to create more work. I didn't show him around.
He then said he could come Saturday (2 days later) to replace the faucet. We were a little surprised that he didn't do the work when he was supposed to, but agreed to have him come back so we didn't have to start over with someone else. 15 minutes before he was supposed to be here he called claiming he had a flat and couldn't get here until later. After texting with no response and waiting 8 hours for him to show up I finally called someone else (Applied Home Maintenance). They came and fixed it right away. The day after I got a text from RJ asking if I still wanted him to do it. The excuses he gave for not showing and not calling or texting were bs. He just blew us off plain and simple. Very unprofessional.

I was ready to have this company do some plumbing work I needed done called and scheduled an appointment on Tuesday for Thursday they were supposed to be here between 11:30and 12:00 pm 12:00 comes around and no call no show strike one then I called them and the excuse was they must have made a scheduling error strike 2 said when else would I be available I said how about 2pm he said ok send me the address I did so then 2 comes around no call no show text and called back no return call or text very unprofessional and no way to run a business not that you care but you lost a customer

I wanted to install a sink in my garage, but there were currently no water hookups. I needed a Plummer to find a waterline, cut into the wall, run new piping for hot and cold water, locate and run a drain for the sink through the wall, and then patch the wall up.

I had been struggling to find a Plumber over the past few weeks. I had contacted two other companies who had canceled on me last minute. Frustrated, I posted what I was looking for on Home Advisor and was immediately contacted by Russell from Mattson Plumbing. He was professional and scheduled an appointment around my busy schedule to come out and provide me with a quote.

Russell came out with another gentleman named Mason, and I explained to them what I needed. They were both cleanly dressed and professional throughout the entire experience. I was provided with a quote that was provided on an official document which clearly broke down and explained every aspect of the cost of the job. From searching around for a while, the quote from Mattson Plumbing was very reasonably priced. We agreed on a start date to begin the job and just like before, Russell was more than willing to work around my busy schedule to what best fit my needs.

Between the start date, my wife wanted to add a few items to the job and Russell was more did not hesitate to accommodate us, to include a last-minute change. Just as before, I was provided with a very reasonable price on the added items to the job.

The added items included the removal of our old sink and faucet, and the installation of a new sink, faucet, air gap, soap dispenser, and the addition of an outdoor style water valve to the new piping added for the garage sink.

Russell and Mason worked diligently throughout the entire day and were always asking for our input to confirm everything was being completed exactly as we wanted. When the job was complete, it was more than I could have ever expected. Every single aspect of the job was perfect with not a single error or mistake. Even after the job had been completed, Russell and Morgan both individually followed up with me to confirm everything was up to our expectations, as well as letting me know if I ever have any questions or concerns don't ever hesitate to get a hold of them.

Russell and Morgan were friendly and very enjoyable to have around the house while they worked. Mattson Plumbing is now my go-to plumbing service for all of my plumbing needs, and I will be the first to refer them when all my friends and family who are in search for an excellent plumbing service. From the professionalism, dependability, warm and friendly attitudes, fair price, accommodation, and outstanding work, I could not have asked for a better outcome on this project.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for any plumbing needs!

I contacted RJ about installing a whole home water filter system. He came out the next day and gave me a reasonable quote. He and his crew came today and tapped into the main water line and got me all hooked up. Very happy with his quick work and high-quality workmanship. While he was here, we discussed several other projects I want to be done. RJ will be coming back to replace a bad shower valve and replace 3 toilets.

Shoutout to RJ with Mattson plumbing who came by our house to replace my shower valves. My hubby was in the middle of a remodel and the project was on hold until a plumber came to replace old corroded valves. RJ came that day and replaced everything within a few hours.
