I had an issue with a water heater on a Discovery Bay rental. I am currently out of state and needed it repaired for my tenants asap. I found Them on Yelp and called. RJ was there within a couple hours and got the system running. Didn't even want to charge me. May have been an easy fix however I will definitely pay them for the service call.
My tenant is happy.
A professional an honest tradesmen is rare.
I would definitely recommend them

I appreciated that they were flexible and made the appointment with me through text, because I'm not always able to answer the phone. They were wearing masks when they arrived, and were very respectful of the property. Taught me how to fix the problem in the future! I loved that they text when heading over and when they arrived. Super easy to work with, and they were very professional.

Don't waste your time like my time was wasted. RJ never showed up for our appointment . After being very late, I called to ask if he was coming over. RJ said he would be over in an hour. Nothing, he never showed or called.
So I called back again after 2 1/2 hours past our scheduled appointment time and my call went directly to voicemail, which was full. This is inexcusable and totally unprofessional. I would never call Mattson Plumbing again

Rj was an awesome guy he came to San Jose the same day I called him and after finding the problem with our water filters he came back to install the new ones I bought as soon as they arrived. He is always welcome here.

I am writing this review for my grandmother. Russell came to her house in discovery bay and helped her install 2 toilets she bought online. Here also found her a lifted seat thay she said is amazing. Thank you guys for the care!
