We called Matt's Plumbing and heating to come check out our furnace and he told us he would be there the next morning at 9 am. Figuring since he would be coming to my house that early I made sure to be ready. I waited for over an hour past my appointment time and he still has not contacted me! Very unprofessional will not be contacting Matt's again !
