Can't trust a plumber who don't fix the issue. And can't diagnose the right problem. Don't trust a mom and pop shop. You get what you pay for. Cheap prices lead to cheap work unreliable. If this give me an option to give him a zero* I would.

Saturday morning the water is shut off as landscaping work was being done and snap water hose bid broken off start making phone calls I called one plumber and he couldn't get to me but suggested I get ahold of Matt's Plumbing and I was glad I did he was at the house from Santa Maria to Grover Beach in less than 30 minutes saw what needed to be done repaired the hose bid installed a cut off valve which was a improved system completed in a about an hour and that was moving a dryer and going behind it having to cut out dry wall I was impressed and so was the landscaper all with a very fair price I will be calling Matt again for any of my plumbing needs

After experiencing leaks under the mobile home and finding out I had some really outdated/recalled plumbing, I decided to get things redone to alleviate the problem. Matt's Plumbing came out right away and gave me a quote to redo all the plumbing underneath and up to all fixtures in the home. I had a few quotes and Matt's was by far the best and most reasonable of them all. Their service was quick and thorough and they took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Such awesome customer service and attention to detail on all the work they do. I work as a local real estate agent here in town and got to work with Matt and his team first hand. First, we needed him to replace a hot water heater two days before the appraisal and they did a fantastic job, good price and quick! Appraiser was very pleased to see the replaced unit that was property strapped and had the drip pan, which so many plumbers fail to do.

Then, the morning we were suppose to close escrow the lender calls us and says they added a new condition that the toilet needed to be tightened down. I called Matt and within 30 minutes, he got over to the house, fixed the toilet, wrote the lender a letter and we got signed off to close.

I am so pleased and happy to have Matt's Plumbing on my team of professionals. I highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work. To bad all contractors aren't this good!
