Had them ( Matt's plumbing ) tell me they would service a water heater on Saturday. Ok, that never happened. Calls me affter making us wait all day and says it will be at 1130 on Sunday. We'll around 2 o'clock the goof calls and says he's calling the tenant now. I followed up. For the 3rd time he never showed up and never called back. Subsequently he is yet to respond to texts or calls. Just another worthless plumber who can't figure out how to keep an appointment. It's obvious that the good reviews on this guy are fakes. Don't use this guy!

Spent 3 days trying to solve a problem and nothing got fixed and I spent $450 even though he said his last time out here it wouldn't cost me nothing... Feel free to text me so I can show you his text.... I definitely recommend you do not hire this person.... Not to mention I helped him 100% of the time that he was here... even ran the drill... absolute joke to his family's name and heritage

I hired Matt to fix a leaking drain from the upstairs bathroom. At first he quoted an extremely high amount, but then cut it in half after I said I would need to get another estimate. I agreed to this and he came out and did the work. The next time the bath was used, it started leaking again, so we called Matt again. This time he promised to show up that day to fix the problem, but didnt show. Then he promised to show up the next day but again didn't come, and started arguing that the leak wasn't his fault. Then he promised to show up the next morning and didn't come. Finally we gave up on him and had someone else fix the problem.
