Matt O's plumbing has saved us twice! 1st about two years ago with leaky shower faucets, and most recently with a broken shower drainage pipe. He was able to come out and complete the work on both occasions all in the same day!

My kitchen sink clogs at least 3-4 times a year despite me being careful with it. When it backed up a couple weeks ago (on a weekend, of course) I was so bummed. I have 3 kiddos and cook 3 meals a day. A non functioning kitchen REALLY turns my life upside down.

I always end up calling different plumbers each time because I'm usually disappointed with the service in some way...(but I'm not high maintenance, I promise! ) The very first plumber I ever hired ripped me off SO bad, charging me $600 to unclog my sink! Others tried to con me into services I don't need, etc.

...So...back to my current experience...my sink clogged on a Sunday, and I turned to Yelp to find a local business with good reviews and fair prices. I contacted 4 simultaneously through the App. Mattos Discount Plumbing was the very FIRST to respond, was clear, and offered a great price. The best part was, he offered to come out FIRST thing Monday morning! This meant I wouldn't have to eat out again with my 3 kids! Hooray!

What's more...since I keep having babies...my hair fall is pretty intense due to the hormone changes. I asked him to fix my constantly slow tub as well. I had been trying to figure out how to get the dang plug out for 3 months. Despite my twisting, yanking and pleading- I never got anywhere with it. He not only knew the trick for getting the plug out, but he taught me how to do it, and cleared the drain too (for a fair price).

Both drains have been working perfectly since his visit 2 weeks ago. I highly recommend him. He is quick, efficient and fair priced. Just call him. You'll be glad.

Thank you Matt for your hard work in unclogging the bathtub & changing the faucet! I will definitely call again for the next plumbing issue. Matt was on time, courteous and professional. One issue is it would of been nice to have caulked all the way around the bathtub faucet! Price was reasonable for all the work done!

Sure, the first time we contacted him he answered right away, was super quick to get here and make the repairs and did a great job with it, but this time...
I called a bit late in the day and he said the earliest would be 8 or 9 the next morning. So I'm up early to dress and wait. All I did was wait. He never even called to say he couldn't make it. I called later and got no answer. Just to give the benefit of the doubt I called again today for another problem...no answer, no returned call.
Are all businesses on yelp like this? This is not the first time I've had this issue with someone I found on yelp.

MATT was awesome! We had our bathroom clogged for 2 days, we decided we needed to call a plumber. After reading all his great reviews we called MATT, he answered right away and came to unclogged our our main line. He fixed the problem really quick, he was very friendly and his prices are great!
