I had to find a plumber to help a special needs person I am guardian for. I looked for options near them and chose Matthews Plumbing. I cannot imagine that I could have made a better choice. Beyond the same day service, this father/son team fixed the issue and went out of their way to explain everything to my cousin. I checked on him after they left and he said he had made new friends! I had an issue with my master toilet that's been on and off. Unfortunately the day that Matt visited was the day it was doing fine so no service was rendered. I was very impressed that they were able to come to my home same day and did not try to "create" a problem to solve to charge me for. He didn't charge me for the evaluation, which I thought was above and beyond because I do believe in reimbursing people for their time and expertise. I will definitely be using this company in the future!

They were able to come out and help us unclog our kitchen sink the next day. Arrived at the agreed time window. Very nice, knowledgeable and courteous service. They also helped us rearrange our weird piping under the sink. They take cards (via Square), Zelle and Venmo. Will ask for their help again if another plumbing problem arises~
