I contacted Matt via yelp and he got back to me in a few hours. So fast! I told him my father's old water heater had died a sad death. He came out the next week and found out not only was the water heater done, it's base was rotted from overflow of water over the years. He and his handyman came out, fixed the base and replace the water heater for a very reasonable price. Bonus points for them talking and hanging out with my Dad while they did the work. He really enjoyed it. We are having the team do more work around the old house. I know I can trust them to do good work and be kind to my father. If you look after your ageing parents you know how important it is to trust the people who come around them. Thank you Matt for being honest and giving me peace of mind! See you soon lol :)

Never returned calls or texts after coming out. Waited a week as was quoted, then another, tried leaving voicemails and texts. Very unprofessional and bad business ethics to not respond. If you can't or won't do the job, at least communicate! Just wasting our time.

It was late on 12/23 and I realized I had no hot water. I emailed a few businesses and Matthew emailed me back, even though it was around 11 pm (I figured no one would respond that night, but maybe in the morning). My water heater was over 10 years old, and I knew it was best to just replace it. Matthew asked for pics, and was able to give me an estimate over the phone. I had talked to another company, who wouldn't give me an estimate until they got to me and charged a service fee (no thanks). Matthew said he'd be here between 9-10 am the next morning, and he was at the door at 9. He not only replaced my water heater, but also the supply lines and a new drip pan (all for the same price). I highly recommend him. I really appreciate quality work, and someone who will get back to me in a timely and professional manner. See attached photos of my new water heater, etc.

I called Matthew's plumbing on 12/06/2019 requesting an appointment for fix a big plumbing issue. 6 days went by, which I waited but he didn't have the courtesy to return my call. I did not expect a call back same day so I gave him a few days to respond to my call which He never did. Today is 12/13 and he still has not called back to even say he's busy or possibly is not qualified to handle big plumbing job. I called another local company they came out in a timely manner and I hired them to handle the job. I am a real estate broker and my clients often ask me if I know a good local plumber. I will not recommend Mathew's plumbing!

Matthew was The best plummer I've ever hired. He was kind, friendly, honest (fair price) did a professional job and timely. He installed a new shower valve and handle and used quality parts by Moen. He used a very large oval shaped plate to cover any missing or cut tile from replacing the valve kit. Other plumbers quoted a much higher price that include tile repair. Thus, he saved me a lot if money. It looked great and works perfectly. I highly recommend his service.

Matthew is honest and reliable. Over the last few years he's fixed my leaking toilet, replaced my water heater and today he replaced my garbage disposal. His prices are reasonable and he gets the job done quick with no mess left behind.
