Matt and his assistant within the window of time I was told; worked very efficiently and were friendly throughout the process. Matt has replaced our water heater and sump pump previously. This visit was to replace our water softener. The guys cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old unit.
Mattco completed the job for far less than a competitor quoted. (Full disclosure: I contacted other places as Matt had missed a couple of appointments. However he is so honest, friendly, and affordable that we had to give Mattco another chance.)

I highly recommended, I will only call Mattco for any plumbing and heating needs. Matt the owner is very professional, very clean worker i never had any work done where i didn't have to clean up after them. Matt also is very quick to inform us of the problem and explain what was wroplumberng in a way that i understood. since i dont know plumbing.. His prices are reasobable i would pay more its worth it for his work. Only issue was his office worker or workers not sure if i spoke to same person or someone else first woman was nice then she was rude. but that not issue after all she did her job and booked my appointment. to anyone looking for a YES YES YES give Mattco a call!!!!

Amazing work. I read the other reviews and although it through me off a little I still hired them. The work was done quickly and efficiently. After I asked about the location which was a concern of another reviewer they said that it was their shop not the office, so I'm glad I didn't take the reviewers advice as they were wrong and probably didn't even ask the person in the office. The work was also priced reasonably for the amount of labour and the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend them. 5/5

On December 3, 2017 I had the above company do some plumbing at my home, the company had been to my house on a previous occasion with positive results. Two plumbers arrived, one stated that he was an apprentice. Both were there under two hours. The duties they performed were as follows, replace the flapper and toilet fill valve Cost $150.00, Replace the upstairs faucet which I supplied $235.00, replace the downstairs faucet which I supplied $185.00, snake the Kitchen sink $130.00. They also put back the stopper in the upstairs bathtub, no charge. the total cost was $748.12 with tax. I called the office and was advised that the cost was standard pricing in the industry, and that I would get a discount next time, (next time?) I contacted three licensed plumbers, who stated that those charges were excessive. I did make a mistake by not asking exactly what the cost would be before hiring them. I have been a Law Enforcement and Security professional for 45 years, and always thought you needed a mask and a weapon to commit a robbery.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Though Matt did show up to look at the water heater, his office person never submitted the papers...they did not return phone calls..when I went to the address they listed as their ""office"" it did not exist! It was an abandoned building!!! And Michelle (whomever that is at his supposed office) is very rude! STAY AWAY!
