Matt Trappe never showed up after having made an appointment several days in advance. We waited all day and evening. After several calls to him that day he finally answered and promised to come but it might be late. We told it didn't matter how late it was. He never showed, didn't call and never apologized. Shabby treatment.

We hired Matt to investigate water damage in our living room. Although we could not find an active leak, he was very helpful in trying his best to help us. There were changes in our appointment (which is to be expected in this line of work) but he kept in contact with me as best he could.
