I hired these guys several times. From small projects at my home or office, to being part of a major $150k remodeling project at my new house. Throughout it all, they were there and did excellent quality work. For me, I think in an alternate universe I would enjoy being a plumber, but I wouldn't enjoy working with fickle customers. Matt doesn't have that problem. He gave a quote upfront, and of course due to scope creep, the quote grew by 30% or more throughout the remodeling project, which I expected. At the end, I paid the bill, very happy that I got everything I wanted, mostly on time, only slightly more than I expected to pay. You should be so lucky to find a plumber who can turn your remodeling dream into reality, and yes that invoice will be five digits and begin with a 1.9 or maybe a 2, but you wanted what you wanted, so shut up. I got an electronic shower connected to Alexa, a water filtration system to remove the king county grossness, a fancy dog wash station, lots of fancy toilets and bidets, and at the end of the day it was still just one guy and his apprentices, making it all happen for an invoice price that started with a $2. Compared to the electrician and the tile setter, matt the plumber was the easiest. I would hire him again. Five stars.

Matt runs a great operation! He responded to my request promptly and was very flexible with timing. Chris showed up on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was previously quoted about $1000 for urgent repairs (BS) from another plumber but Chris got it done for $200. I am extremely satisfied and recommend Matt the Plumber.

YOU ARE NOT GOING TO FIND A MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COMPETENT PLUMBER FOR THE PRICE, so stop looking and hire these guys. It's MIND BLOWINGLY INSANE what most plumbers charge for the most minute, quick tasks. It's highway robbery actually. BUT NOT WITH THESE GUYS. Matt the Plumber is friendly, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, highly competent, punctual, professional, AND charges a super reasonable, super fair price. Plus, they are animal lovers which is a bonus in my book. Excellent communication skills as well. So impressed with their work and the cost. Matt and his wonderful crew installed a hybrid water heater for me, at a much lower price than several other quotes. He was the only plumber who knew that the heater needed to be vented to the outside. They were quick, professional, friendly and just plain all-around wonderful.

Just bought a home in Tacoma, that needed to have the plumbing replaced, and after a few weeks of waiting for contractors to get us a bid, out real estate agent recommended Matt the Plumber.

We contacted Matt, and he was very responsive, had one of his staff come out and give us an estimate, within days of our initial conversation.

We had a few more bids completed, before moving forward, but after reviewing the others, and taking in to consideration how responsive and realistic Matt was with his pricing and timeline, we choose to move forward with Matt.

Matt and Chris met all deadlines, came in within his estimate, and did a great job. Matt and his crew were very professional, courteous and professional.

Matt has replaced several sinks, faucets & a hot water heater for us over the last several years. When our hot water heater sprung a leak he replaced it and added some some much needed safety features. Matt & his crew do excellent work at a reasonable price. After breaking a toilet supply line and having our home flooded, we decided it was time to add a water shut off in the garage so I called Matt the plumber. Heard Matt's name locally on social media. He sent Chris out that day for an estimate. Chris had a few hours, so decided to change all the valves and supply lines in the house, upgraded our laundry water supply, found out our water pressure was 100 psi, so Chris installed a pressure regulator. Chris was fast and efficient, he came out on a holiday, assuring the job could get done before our drywall was scheduled to begin. He converted our showers from old 2 handled valves to single handled. I would highly recommend Matt the plumber for all your plumbing issues. Price was very reasonable compared to the big plumbing companies you see on tv.
