Unfortunately, we had a similar situation as the previous review. Signed a contract in June 2024 for small plumbing job, paid deposit of $1,000 and after many texts couldn't find a scheduled time that worked for both of us. Asked for the deposit back on August 1 after saying we were putting the job on hold and had several responses saying he'd send it back. Finally on Sept 16, 2024 he said we'd have it the next day and that was the last day we've heard from him.

We recently had an unfortunate experience with Matt the Plumber from Marshfield, MA. We called him in July about replacing some pipes with pecs/pex(?) something he had strongly recommended we do when he worked with our shower contractor in February 2024. At that time, he quoted us $1100.00 for the job. When he came in July and evaluated the materials and work that needed to be done, he asked for $2500. My initial response was no, but after conferring with my wife Sandra, we opted to offer $2000.00 mainly because of his medical condition. He told us he had pancreatic cancer but wanted to continue working. Before he left, he asked for $1000.00 for supplies, which we immediately Zelled him. That was also last time we saw him, i.e., July 13th, 2024. He has stopped corresponding so we have no way of knowing what his circumstances are. Unfortunately, as it now stands, he appears to have taken advantage of an elderly couple in the Pinehills Community of Plymouth. Therefore, the least I can do is go on the record to warn any future , potential customers of this business' unethical, dishonest behavior.
