Excellent service.
I tried to call Matt first, but went to voicemail. Called another service (not to be named here). Matt messaged while I was waiting to schedule the other company. He was nice and asked to message him if I needed anything else. The other company could not schedule out someone until Wednesday (it is Sunday evening around 7:30pm). Messaged Matt back. He was able to get to my house w/in 45 minutes. He fixed the leak and also replaced my faucet in the bathroom. Excellent.

He also informed my that my main shutoff valve needs to be replaced eventually (not surprised). I will be calling him to schedule it. Definitely recommend his services.

We had an emergency water heater leak on Sunday afternoon. I called Matt based on positive Nextdoor reviews. He asked for a couple of pictures of the leak, and upon seeing them immediately confirmed that he would be able to fix it on the same day. He arrived a bit later than what he communicated (to his benefit, he was stuck longer on another call), but charged me $25 lower than usual. He quoted me a fair price to replace the water inlet pipes, cleaned up all the water logged heater and surrounding area. Got the job done in 60 mins. Highly recommended.

I sent out through yelp to get multiple quotes on my low hot water pressure issue, and Abdul got back to me within the next few hours. I had seen his company mentioned positively on NextDoor as well, so being he lives in my neighborhood decided to go with him.

Great experience, he wore a mask, he was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and I feel Iike I got a great neighbor deal.
