We had an emergency water heater leak on Sunday afternoon. I called Matt based on positive Nextdoor reviews. He asked for a couple of pictures of the leak, and upon seeing them immediately confirmed that he would be able to fix it on the same day. He arrived a bit later than what he communicated (to his benefit, he was stuck longer on another call), but charged me $25 lower than usual. He quoted me a fair price to replace the water inlet pipes, cleaned up all the water logged heater and surrounding area. Got the job done in 60 mins. Highly recommended.

I sent out through yelp to get multiple quotes on my low hot water pressure issue, and Abdul got back to me within the next few hours. I had seen his company mentioned positively on NextDoor as well, so being he lives in my neighborhood decided to go with him.

Matt came out to repair a minor leak in our downstairs bathroom toilet that turned out to be a bigger issue than originally thought with not one but three different leaks! He went and got the things needed to do the repairs and then needed to leave and come back to complete the job. He was so patient and calm as he explained what was going on. He didn't get frustrated with the growing needs of the job, and if he did, he didn't show it. I really appreciated that because I'm a renter and the owner of the house was doing her best to get the repairs done sight unseen so we were both trusting and relying on Matt to be upfront and honest which is exactly what he was. When Matt returned to complete the job he was in, completed the task and asked what we'd like to do with the toilet that he had to totally replace. It was super hot out but he still carried the toilet to the back yard (to be used as an art instillation/planter) without complaint. Then to make this review even sweeter he was able to replace a water spout in our back yard that has been stripped for months! He was SO HELPFUL and very easy to work with. I will surely recommend him to friends in need of a plumber and make sure to save his info for future needs! Thanks so much Matt for all your help!
