If you want professional and honest plumbing services, look no further, try Matt! Last weekend our bathtub was clogged. We called an emergency service. A tech came over and spent two hours with the tub. Not only he couldn't fix it, he unscrewed the drain and let sewer water leak into the 2nd floor ceiling right above the kitchen! The tech said he couldn't fix it. He would have to come back on another day to open the ceiling to fix the clog. The quote was $2K in which it didn't include the work to close and repaint the ceiling. It would be a separate job. We were so helpless and depressed. Here Matt came to rescue us.

I explained to Matt what happened over the phone. I wanted a 2nd opinion. He came and inspected the situation. Then he said we didn't need to open the ceiling. He patiently explained to me what could have happened and how he could fix it. From our conversation, I immediately knew that Matt was experienced and competent. He fixed the clog in an hour. I am sure there are other good plumbers. What makes Matt special is his personality. He is not only friendly but also considerate. He treated my house like his house. Matt came to address a horrific sewer gas smell the day before Christmas Eve. He showed up on the drop of a dime because he knew I was pregnant and as such took special care to insure that I was not to breath in toxins that could harm my unborn child, my four year old or myself any longer than completely necessary. Not only was he highly professional & competent, he was exceedingly kind and decent. I can say with utter certainty he was the most professional contractor I have ever met, loaded with integrity. He was a clean plumber- which sounds like an oxymoron, but in case it's exactly right. And clean does not just speak of his work it's a reflection of his character. My sister and I were saying he was our Christmas miracle. I could not recommend him highly enough. You wouldn't just want this man to fix your plumbing, you would be honored for him to sit down to dinner with your family as well.
