I had a pipe burst in my kitchen which went unnoticed for several hours because we were at work and when I came home our tiles were squishy, water was everywhere, had ran into our wooden floor dining area, the whole nine yards. I quickly jumped on yelp to attempt to find a plumbing and emergency services contractor that was open past 5pm. Boom, Ricky answered and was here very quick. He was able to mitigate the damage and assist with helping me move some items as believe it or not, I had recently broken both my arms and they were not quite healed yet. His compassion, sense of urgency, and quick work made us very happy that it was him that answered the call.

Following the emergency mitigation, he helped me with our insurance company, placing calls to them to assist as necessary with what was needed, his analysis, etc. He even went as far as to schedule our lead and asbestos testers for us, which turned out to be positive and we had to have that removed as well. Needless to say, his and his team's safety is a large concern for him but also your family.

Ricky truly is a great guy who really is there to help you in your time of need and not just make a quick, overpriced buck or tell you something needs replaced that doesn't. Honesty, integrity, professionalism, and downright thoroughness are paramount to this company and is exactly what this leadership exhibits. I would recommend them to anyone ranging from emergency services to a clogged drain.

Angels are found doing some of the most curious jobs... Plumbing for instance. Ricky Diaz of Matrix Plumbing has literally has been 100% Angel. He has totally taken care of us again. Called Ricky on August 1 to see how much he would charge to fix my bathtub draining slowly due to the trip lever needing adjustment.

Before even quoting me a price, Ricky suggested that I could do the job myself if I wanted to save some money and he spent the next 10 minutes guiding me on the phone on how to fix the problem myself and even pointed me to watch some videos on YouTube.

This was an amazing gesture, he simply could have quoted me a price to make some money but he chose to divulge some knowledge to me free of charge.

These guys were great. My AC has been on the fritz for so long. I kept calling the big guys in town and I always got a salesman who beat around the bush and never gave me a strait answer so I never called the back and never got my AC fixed. I made an appointment with Ricky. They came out told me my options strait up with no sales talk. I felt so comfortable and confident when they explained my options. Needless to say, my house is cold and bill was extremely reasonable compared to the random quotes I got from the big boys on the block. Ricky was able to come to our house within a half hour of calling. Our tankless water heater was leaking and we wanted it taken care of before the leak got worse. He found the leak, ordered the part and was very knowledgeable. Ricky was friendly and helpful and cost was reasonable. He even did the annual maintenance on the tankless while he was here. It was great service. The next week, he called to check on the water heater. Everything was working well. We would definitely call him again if needed. Thanks Ricky!

If you're calling a plumber, make it Matrix and your problems will be solved the first time around and FAST! This review comes after the second time I had Ricky out for two different issues. Both times he answered his phone and was there within hours and handled the issue like the pro he is. My first issue I had 2 other plumbers out over a fog horn noise in my garage when water was in use. The other plumbers were more concerned about time than my issue. Ricky discussed the issue, trouble shot and we agreed that it was the softener bypass valve. After 5 trips and an argument with the softener company (Rayne) he was right.

The second time I called Ricky was 2 days before the close of escrow on the sale of the house. Sewer line clog. I called Ricky at 4:00 on Friday and he was at my house by 5. He snaked the drain and found a wad of paper towels probably stuffed down the toilet during an open house. Not only was he there like he was just down the street, he handled the whole issue in less than 30 minutes and I didn't need to take out a loan to pay him. This is what service is all about. Ricky is a jewel. Look no further and you won't be sorry!
