If you're calling a plumber, make it Matrix and your problems will be solved the first time around and FAST! This review comes after the second time I had Ricky out for two different issues. Both times he answered his phone and was there within hours and handled the issue like the pro he is. My first issue I had 2 other plumbers out over a fog horn noise in my garage when water was in use. The other plumbers were more concerned about time than my issue. Ricky discussed the issue, trouble shot and we agreed that it was the softener bypass valve. After 5 trips and an argument with the softener company (Rayne) he was right.

The second time I called Ricky was 2 days before the close of escrow on the sale of the house. Sewer line clog. I called Ricky at 4:00 on Friday and he was at my house by 5. He snaked the drain and found a wad of paper towels probably stuffed down the toilet during an open house. Not only was he there like he was just down the street, he handled the whole issue in less than 30 minutes and I didn't need to take out a loan to pay him. This is what service is all about. Ricky is a jewel. Look no further and you won't be sorry!

Ricky did a major plumbing re-pipe for me. He was very professional and did an outstanding job, he showed up on time and finished on time. He was true to his original bid. He worked well with the other contractor. I would definitely recommend Ricky to anyone for large projects or smaller plumbing repairs anytime.

I just had my shower fixed today. The handle was broken and would not turn off all the way. Ricky was very nice and professional and fixed it within an hour. My shower is now running smoothly.

My wife called Matrix Plumbing after reading all the great Yelp reviews. We needed a toilet installed and a faucet handle repaired. Turned out the faucet handle could not be repaired but what's worse the old handles were corroded in place. Ricky was able to remove the corroded faucets with the aid of a power tool and install new faucets.

The toilet also presented a problem in that the toilet flange had corroded. Ricky replaced that and installed the toilet. Everything works perfectly now!.

Ricky arrived on time, was polite, friendly and professional. The charges were reasonable.

I highly recommend Matrix plumbing.

PS And he got it all done in time for the much anticipated visit by my big brother. Many thanks Ricky!

Ricky Diaz was friendly, arrived ON TIME, and was able to get my my Mom's garbage disposer AND water pressure in her shower fixed at a very affordable price and did a quick, efficient, and clean job.

Awesome customer service! I told Ricky that I'm a DIY guy and that it hurts my heart (and ego) that I had to call a specialist on this one but I needed nothing short of a miracle to unclog this drain. He says, ""No worries, I got this. Now step aside young man"" and goes to town. 5 mins in, he bends and unbendable snake and has to adjust his arsenal with a trip back to the truck (that wasn't parked in my driveway even though I expected him to park there). Returns to the site of operation, I hear machinery and movement like Caltrans was in there taking up asphalt. 10 mins go by of this and then dead silence. I thought I was gonna have to move out of my house because of how bad the clog was but none the less, Ricky emerges from out of the confined space and says ""My work here is done."" like he just exorcized some drainage demons back to the depths of hell! I had no choice but to offer this man a beer for his work but he declined and kept it professional as he cleaned up the work site and placed every tool back into his utility belt. So if you're looking for a professional to do some work for you, then you can try the next Joe. But if you need some miracles done, a superhero in their art of plumbing engineering, then Matrix Plumbing is for you. Hats off to Ricky. We are now safe from the decades of biological waste running rampant in our drainage systems

Ricky has helped me with many plumbing needs, big and small. From broken pipes inside walls to leaky drains, to installing a tankless water heater, his work is excellent. Ricky responds very quickly and schedules work right away. I have never waited more than a day for his help.
I had several plumbing emergencies while out of town and Ricky was invaluable. He fixed the issues promptly, sent me before and after pictures so that I could see what was happening and spent time on the phone going over options and helping me come to decisions about what was best for the house.
It's hard to find someone who actually cares about your home and about customer satisfaction and Ricky certainly cares about both.
