Was almost hysterical after 3 days of sewage backing up into our showers. Edward kept in touch and offered to come up even tho it was the weekend.

Ended up having to have the city sewer people out, but if they hadn't been successful would have called Edward. Very responsive and kind.

Edward planned and executed repairs for a new system after the Dec 2022 earthquake sheared all the lines in the crawl space and walls. He stayed until the project was done and confirmed all additional work before getting started. The whole thing ran long but still met the schedule and budget requirements in time for Christmas.

I will be using him again for my next remodel.
