Interview Process- I went thru about 5 interviews. Calls - HR, VP, President, and on sight in West lake Village. I drove from S. O.C. to get there.
After a hand shake agreement and a logistical commitments on my part, I was told my reference had noted something on the email form that was a red flag.
I looked in to it, seemed odd, it was.
I just found out the culture was a poor fit based on my life values late in the hiring process. Glad they showed up, sorry I did not un cover them earlier, could of saved me some time and money.

Unreliable bids, unreliable service, unreliable allll together. As a GC they mark up 20% to subs. Do NOT use this company. Go to RBCI.

Another Heating and Air Conditioning Company had checked out my system (my furnace and A/C are about 5 years old) and told me that the ducting (which is about 25 years old) is inefficient, deteriorating, leaking, and blowing contaminants into my home, and he gave me a quote of over $14,000 to put in all new ducting. I had Matrix send one of their techs to my home in Temecula, he came the next day, and he spent over an hour checking out my whole system, doing testing, and crawling around my attic looking at everything. He made two minor repairs and said my whole system was in good condition and did not need to be replaced . . . and they charged me $90. In my experience, you can trust these people. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever applied for! The hiring manager Lacey, scheduled me for a phone interview in which she rescheduled not once, not twice, but 3 times, only to tell me about her personal life, which is not only unprofessional, but I don't think her personal life has anything to do with the position I'm applying for. Then she schedules me again, and this time, not only do I not get a call, I get nothing! I called HR and spoke to Claire, and she assured me she will reach back out by the end of the day to let me know what's going on! Not even so much as a phone call. I get a rude message from Lacey saying the feeling is mutual and the so called ""conflicts"" which had nothing to do with me is somehow my fault! Why would the owners of this company allow someone who is not only uneducated, but completely unprofessional in dealing with someone's livelihood by taking up my time! Lacey needs to be fired as I have never in my life experienced such unprofessional behavior! I didn't need to know she was moving to another place, which again has nothing to do with anything! If you can't have a competent employee conduct proper interviews and rest your company's business solely on one person who can't even get their own personal life in order, why would anyone hire this company for work? Scheduling and upholding commitment is everything in this business! If you don't have that starting with your hiring staff, then how is it possible you can achieve your commitments to your own customers??? Not only that, if you see in the text, in the 3rd time to reschedule, she tells me after that she already made the decision to remove me as ""requested"" which I did not do, and she lied about it after that. If the owner wants the truth about what their employees are doing while working from him, I have all the long text messages to prove it! She claims she already told the owners, so if the owners ant the truth, they can contact me. Otherwise, if you are working hard to get a good job and you're a male, not a female, which seems to be the discriminatory action here, and you get a call from Lacey at 480-395-6616, just tell her you would like to interview with someone who is not a feminist!

Crew was hired to swap out a cracked bathtub for a brand new unit. We got a used and also cracked bathtub that was sloppily covered up. The plumbers didn't install the tub right the first time and had to come back when the drywall crew couldn't line up the tub to the wall. After the plumbers came and connected the tub they forgot to put silicone around all of the fixtures....well half of the handle has silicone. They put the hot water on backwards because the hot and cold do not line up. Last for the plumbers is they didn't even leave a plug for the bathtub. Now for the drywall guy that sprayed the texturing... all over the tub. Looks like more of the texture spray got on the tub and not the walls. I would be careful when hiring these guys.

I highly recommend Matrix services, I am totally happy with their work and especially the superior customer service they provided. They scheduled a tech on-site within 4 hours and the tech arrived as promised.
Most awesome was the way they stand behind their work. They came out to help me after someone else left me with a mess and did a great job onsite. When it looked like I might still be having a problem, even though it was because of the vendor before them, they assured me they would help me solve my problem and not to worry. I really don't see how anyone could ask for better customer service and support than that.

Service that will surprise you. Good people and they know what they are doing. They stand behind thier work and care about their customer. Doesn't get any better than that.
