My business is having issues with the plumbing so I contacted Matlock Plumbing. They sent out someone who couldn't figure out the issue, therefore told me that his boss was going to have to come fix it. I have sent his boss several texts and called him several times for him to make empty promises of coming out to complete the work. Do not waste your time with this company. I have wasted four weeks of my valuable time!

Very professional and knowledgeable company. Jason came out within two days to look into why we were not getting any water to anything. He thoroughly went through everything and found the problem. Our well pump went bad. Instead of trying to recommend a lot of unnecessary and costly repairs, he was straight to the point and picked up the part between jobs. He came back and finished the job quickly and accurately. We have water now!! Not only did we have water, but now we have the strongest water pressure we've ever had. I know some of the readers will be rolling their eyes at this review because he ""just did his job"", but I feel like he and his company went above and beyond to see that their customer was taken care of. The service charge and hourly rate is common so I wasn't surprised by it. The estimate was actually a lot cheaper than a few other companies in town. I would recommend this company is you are looking for honest and knowledgeable service from the professionals.

While they successfully replaced the flapper on a toilet, they charged $149.13 for the 15 minute job. Bill included the minimum 30 minute labor charge AND ALSO a service charge of $95.00. The part was $9 and they were there for 15 minutes total. Just know upfront that they charge both. I'd suggest calling someone else for small jobs.
