I built a new home in 2016. Mathews plumbing did the plumbing. I had numerous problems with sump pumps and exterior faucets in silly locations. I would call them and after several calls they would come and make things right. The one thing that has been the worst and very annoying, the water piping underneath my house bangs everytime I flush the toilets or use the washing machine. I've been calling Mathews for 2 years asking for this be fixed, I even spoke with the owner. This summer alone I made 3 requests and to this day nothing. I am paying my bill for a faucet that was installed at a cost of $ 317.00. Holding this money for collateral isn't going to get me any customer service. DONT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT PEOPLE THAT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK
